Works like a charm! No issue calling Russia, India, China. What you need to do is call Page Plus to ACTIVATE your international dialing. It is not activated by default - you have to contact them to make it happen. Took a couple of more calls to activate calls to Russia though. But now works as intended. With our 40 dollar plan, we get FREE international calls $10 worth every month. Not bad. Calls go through land lines and cell phones. No problems here. Use it instead of dialing "access" number and so forth. HIGHLY recommend it. p.s. for some reason, the app does pop-up for a moment even on local calls, but no biggie - no issues observed.

WTF !!! You take my money, and I get no service. You thieving S.O.B.S. You tell me I can call India, but Verizon, whom I have no business with, won't make the call. I want a complete refund. You included the service with your highest calling package. This crooked company is as bad as Straight Talk. Must I start a class action lawsuit against you like Straight Talk ?

No matter use this app or dial its international call access no. The sound quality and connection is so bad that you can't hear what the other side said. Just use the pageplus regular service and dont think about its voip international call even it comes with your monthly plan. Useless period.
