The app works, sometimes. There have been plenty of time where things just wouldn't load, despite my WiFi connection being rather fast at 200mbps. Also, be careful if it says your payment failed to go through in the app, as retrying may charge your account multiple times.

Having to rely on an unreliable app and company is horrible! By unreliable I mean UNABLE to login every other day. Being logged out in the middle of adding minutes, or having to log in every time even though STAY LOGGED IN is checked. BIGGEST issue: Net10 website and app will be down every other day for "updates" that never appear. Nothing works during this time. What is worse is the jerks don't even warn you! I spent a good 45 minutes trying to log in, being told incorrect password when the app was just down! Couldn't add from reserves or add to reserves. Updates are supposed to fix issues not consistently introduce more! Lastly, on the rare occasions this works, the data counter never works. It always shows the last cycles count. refresh does nothing. If I add from reserve, the cycle dates change, yet the DATA stays showing capped. My phone seems to believe it too, so it takes days to get fresh full speeds. Its beyond ridiculous. If you cannot maintain a simple app, how can you be trusted to handle our communication needs?!?!

Always have to re-enter my password, log in always fails, app doesn't seem to want to connect to the servers. Typical TracFone.

I pretty much use the app to track my data usage and add cards to the reserve. I wish the data tracker was available offline so it was not dipping into my data to just check it!

Won't let me create an account with the app as it refuses to let me use my answers for my security question or even make a pin. I even tried my usual answers. Nothing. The mobile site forced me to download the app or switch to the bulky desktop site. Very inconvenient as is.

Worked for one month until first renewal. Now it just shows a renewal date. No access to data used. Net10 customer service keeps telling me to uninstall and reinstall the app which does jothing. Spent 3 hours with customer service trying to fix this. Worked great the first month. Now it is useless.

It doesn't reset my new data plan when I add new one. It adds 1.5 gigabit cell data middle of month. turns off my high speed. Cant hardly load a webpage at 2LTE. Its more like. 0.2 LTE. Just sad.

I'm getting about ready to dump net 10 because after 2 weeks after I pay my bill my data slows down.. I've been looking around and have better deals..seriously thinking about going elsewhere

It would get 5 stars if I could update my auto pay with out getting an error. My phone is now off because this app isn't working right. It keeps shutting down on me!

I like this app, but it desperately​ need more settings like on the website version. I should have access while oh the go not bogged down but waiting by a computer to change my service plan if I make a mistake or something simple like that

Don't join net 10. You can get a way better deal with total wireless. $35 unlimited talk and text with 5gb of data how can you beat that?

Unable to use data usage. System times out, have to use texts to 611611 with message "Usage". They need to fix this problem.
