eDIVO for Android
For those who know better its a slight refresher due to the instructions(not the series) listed. For those junior Sailors not a good source for information.
Update your references and in some pdf the information seems scrambled.
Need to update some of the instructions.
Stay up to date if you're going to have this help anyone please.
Very helpful! Needs a little more information to make it a one-stop-shop tool but overall a great addition to any Divo's toolkit.
Swag me out.

The references need updated!!!
It's a decent start to what could be a good idea, but a lot of references are out of date.
The rules of the road quiz is enough to give this app 5 stars. The quick reference capability is icing on the cake. Recommend increasing the question limit to 50 on the ROR test to simulate the actual test DIVO's will have to take at ASAT.
This is my navy!
Consolidating mass amounts of needed info into easy to use technologies. As a Career Counselor in the Reserves, having this type of info readily at hand means I don't have to log in and search for 20 minutes just to hope to find it. Thank you for this! On a side note, it'd be amazing if somehow you could also create (or build into this app) an app to consolidate and offer all the NSTM's? They are in the BIB's for every rate I can think of, but when you're not on a ship, trying to get them is impossible.
I like the app but it is out of date... Personal Appearance standards have changed especially for females. These changes need to be incorporated. Additionally, there needs to be uniform regulations added to this app because i would like to have backup when correcting improper uniform wear. I agree with a previous comment that says the name should be changed because i am not an officer but i like having this information being readily available. Please create a general leadership app that all leaders can have
No aviation rates included even though all aviation rates minus AME are on carriers and amphibs, could be useful for squadron use as well....way to leave out a large and valuable segment of the Navy.
So far so good. Information om the fly when dealing with Sailors and leadership.
Great information especially if you are looking to be advanced.
There's a lot of great references in here, bit the easy it's designed forces them entire app to remain on the phone. There's a lot, PDFs of all the instructions for example, that could easily be backed up on an SD card to free up limited phone memory.
I am a Navy Veteran turned moble app developer. This app is exteamly slow and has a horrible user interface. Some contractor made a killing for this pile. I guess this is slightly better than a file directory filled with pdfs. DOD needs to get on the ball with mobile apps.

26 year retired Senior enlisted now working as a DoN. This app is very useful. I would strongly recommend that you work closely with your senior enlisted on the "know your people" section ... 7, 8 and 9 completely off for responsibilities. I think calling it "ELeader" may draw in more. I see both officer and enlisted. Downloading this. You guys are diff on the right track. Good work thus far!!
As stated earlier, some of the links take a few tries to open, but the content is comprehensive and is laid out well. As the desc states, great for leaders of all ranks. Back button tends to close app vs. Returning to main menu.
As a brand new Divo, this is invaluable. Thank you for doing this. A one stop source for some of the basics as well as the essential publications for taking care of my people is a great help. I'll be recommending this to all my fellow Divos. Great work. The app has been smooth so far.
The only things I would recommend are A) include the rules of the road quick reference guide that is published by the cost guard. It's a short PDF that has a short summary of each of the rules and would be useful. B) include an internal means of providing feedback and making suggestions
Definitely like where it's going, will be useful once it reaches a certain point of development... But for now, needs some improvements (i.e. web page links? Really?)
This will be an amazing and useful tool once all the bugs are worked out. Many of the links to information are broken especially in the uniform regulations part. Also the bridge learning references are not linked to anything either, the app just gives an erroe that says the instance object is not linked to an object. I would love to be able to use this app to help my sailors.
This is wonderful. This will really help me out.
It's about time. The creators must be geniuses.
Several pdfs don't load. Fix the errors and assuming it stays up to date this will be a useful app.
A number of the PDFs don't load and some of the links take a few tries to activate, but the premise is great and I'm excited to continue using this app.
When is there going to be submarine information implemented ?
Need one for the junior engineers called tools and their uses and make it mandatory for E4.
Doesn't load, crashes at the intro screen.

Love it
Set up for surface Navy. Need an aviation option.
Not a Divo but like to see what is expected from our JO's. As an LPO, this app helps train new officers.
Info here from navigation to ship mooring to inlisted responsibilities by rank and more...
I wish I had this during my early years as an officer, but I'm still glad I found it now. My buddy's son who is just starting out in the navy came across this and told me about it. He said it was a lifesaver for him already. Like some others have said though, the layout could be a bit better, but it really isn't even that bad. The content is what makes this app, and for that its worthy of 5 stars. I wonder when this type of app will make its way to the other branches of the military.
I wish tools like this were available while I was on active duty. However, like others have mentioned, the PDF links are very slow to open. Also, I didn't see others commenting on it; but the app is ~ 170MB. It would be nice to move this app to an SD card. Please enable that functionality.

App crashes upon opening, even after reinstalling it.
