About Tractivity iTrac
iTrac is a data capture method to be used with Tractivity TracManager software. The application cannot be used as a stand-alone application.
Tractivity iTrac application provides data capture for job time tracking for mobile work force. The application supports the capture of time, material usage, GPS location, notes, Quantity completed and Estimated time to complete (ETC).
iTrac data connects with Tractivity TracManager system via an Internet connection. User transactions are accessible to TracManager software in real-time indicating the current employee activity in real-time.

The iTrac application will run in demo mode (connecting to Tractivity demo site) allowing any user to experience the applications behavior. To operate the application using the demo URL address:
1. Enter Web Configuration: iTrac.Tractivity.com
2. Enter User Name: dave
3. Enter Password: dave
4. After the "Get Jobs" operation completes, the Log screen is shown(which is empty) Click on the Begin Job ICON from the menu
5. Then select an employee, job, and activity (phase is optional)
6. Click Accept
7. To begin a new job, repeat step 5
8. To charge material, send a note or other job details select the Job Details menu.
9. At the end of the day, select End Day menu

My company uses this app for work. Does record my sign in/ out hours+ lunch in/out, but history doesn't hold more than 2-3 days. Creates a lot of confusion back at the office too, when sometimes my days disappear from app, like I never been to work. My only way to make sure I get aged is to take screenshots of everyday hours as proof. Defeats the purpose of it. February 1 hours just disappeared out of nowhere . Jan 31, I have hours in my screenshot, office doesn't have end day time. Now I watch every paycheck and double calculate and track my own stuff( even if app was suppose to do that) to make sure I get payed the write amount.

The company I work for uses this Software. I think it works really well for the data they are trying to capture. I just wish it could offer the user (Employee) regular and overtime accumulation that adds up after each day and then resets every start of the pay period.

I don't understand why the user cannot look at details for more than 2 or 3 days. I want to go back and look at my entire pay period to make sure it matches my check. It's only text. Seems like it should be easy to go further back in our daily schedules.
