TQL Carrier Dashboard

Okay let me briefly talked about tql Freight. Very competitive with all the other major brokerages in the country. If they are desperate they will pay, if they are not then you should move on. It's that simple, there's no reason for anybody on here to complain about tql. Now on the other hand.... The new app is horrible. You can't find Freight in the city that you are currently in. You have to find Freight from a city that has Freight. And how will you know this? You have to put the whole state in the search engine. Prior to this you can put the city and a mile radius at anything that pops up in that radius you can put a bid in for it. Now you have to look at the whole entire state, I don't know every city so now I have to go on Google Maps and look up the city that i am closest to. It also doesn't save my settings I am signed in, I use tql all the time and why do I have to keep putting in that I use a 48 ft flatbed. The app prior to this was perfect, it remembered my settings you can fine tune the cities with Freight. And if it didn't have Freight all you do is expand the radius that you are in. I so wish I can go back to the old tql app, this one is horrible and it will get a one-star until it is changed.

The biggest problem is, these guys are so darn cheap and always pay like half what the lane would pay, they are grabbing so many loads with their cheap bids they are singlehandedly making the trucking industry miserable. Tell your boss Sharko that's not how humans conduct business. They never pay more than a $1.30, even if it's a $3.00 lane. This is huge case in point, why truckers need to unionize. Total Victimization Logistics. Raping the trucking industry load by load.

Everytime I leave the app to answer a call, check a map etc. I have to re-enter my search information. It should just return from where I left off!

The voice feature allows anyone to access the information hands-free which is a "life saver"

Brokers on the other hand will not pay for empty/deadhead miles. Know nothing when it comes to different types of trailers needed, especially flatbeds. And are basically to cheap to work financially feasible with.

It's like pulling teeth to get these people to get you going on the dashboard. Plus this brokerage is a bunch of cheap freight low ballers. Run away don't walk.
