Automatic black-box testing of applications on production devices can sometimes be a hassle if you can't get a working ADB bridge on the device. This app basically provides some info available to an accessibility service over the network to external test frameworks. You should only install this app if you want to use your device for such testing and accept the fact that this leaks UI interaction to the network! In short: this is a development tool for use at your own risk!
