Power Outage Info & Bill Pay

What kind of app is this i upgraded the app and after that i was not been able yo see my accounts. Tried several timr with customer care and registration process but the same thing. "no CA number registered on this no. Kindly contact sampark kendra. " App is not generating any request no. So user can can track and no revert given from your side TPDDL on the process. Please correct this so we can use your app.

Pathetic pathetic app. After updating d app u cannot register complaints for outage. It keeps showing past outage n doesn't even accept d complaints. A waste app. Cant believe its tata!!!

Not able to register complaint for no power supply in the meter. When i click on submit button, it displays => error occurred.

The app is working however while submitting complaints, its not responding and gives error..really incon enient.

AVG antivirus states this app is a malware : Android/AVTRepMetagen is the signature it finds on every scan....please check...

Was trying to lodge a complaint however after completing all the process the complaint was not submitted due to error again and again.

with the help of this app, instant complaint registration is made possible. This in turn would improve customer satisfaction.

Really annoying app... Seems on auto pilot mode.... Jamaaa hi fuduuu app bhi customer support bhi... It sucks...

Why the hell in te world they need to access my msg location media and all .... they just what to hack and steal our data to sell any third party ...shame on you TATA app

Not able to edit/delete mobile number. I am receiving the messages for bill payment for someone else account.

It's a great app

यकीन नही होता की टाटा जैसे ब्रांड का नाम यहाँ बदनाम हो रहा है सबसे घटिया app और उससे भी घटिया सर्विस 6 बजे कंप्लेंट करो तो 10 या 11 बजे तक कोई नही आता daily 2-3 गली की लाइट चली जाती है और पूरे ब्लॉक की आती है फिर भी एक बारी मैं सही से काम नही किया जाता जो रोज रोज की इस परेशानी से आम पब्लिक को निजात मिल जाये... और हा ये जो कॉल सेंटर खोला है न इसको भी बंद करदो क्योंकि अगर अनपढ़ आदमी से आपकी app चलेगी नही तो वो कॉल सेंटर पर कॉल करेगा और delhi का कॉल सेंटर बिना पैसो के नही लगता... इस गर्मी में 1hr बिना लाइट के अंधेरे में बिता कर देखो शायद आपको भी एहसास हो जाये की हम 7 या 8 hrs कैसे बिताते हैं ।

It's been over 3 weeks since last update that app leave alone work its not even opening up. And even after giving feedback no further update has been provided with. Which doesn't go with the Co. N groups stature and repute given the recent turmoil.

This app has functionality errors, it won't resolve the problem at all, waste of time and memory

I just updated it to the new version and it is like charm.Payment confirmation slip is finally added to the app. It would help me get the receipt through the app. Congratulations to team TPDDL

Always show old Power outage information bcoz of that we cannot complaint new report of No Supply.

Not useful, always showing technical issue , I have complaint numbers of time but still pending
