Raksha TPA

Its a fraud medical insurance company. My is expired on 31/12/2016 yet to recieve a claim settlement from the company every time i enquried about the claim they send me a new quries on my mail. Please do not buy any policy from this fraud company

This app is totally waste. It does not allow the user to move even after the 1st screen. It. Is not allowing me to do the registration. Even I am providing all the details correctly. Team before launching the app. At least please test the app properly.

Customer care service of Raksha TPA is very poor.Your Tollfree number is always out of service.And your executive is never available on paid phone service.They call back after few hours at their own convince and .I have sent my post hosp.claim on 24April but I m not able to know the status. Worst app I have seen. Practically it does not work. U can't lodge your complaint in Raksha TPA. They are highly irresponsible employees.

Claim related terms & conditions are extremely poor & not in favor of common person.Its seems that T & C for claims made by highly UNEXPERIENCED people.It's very bad that they are enjoying with our money & rejecting the claims by giving nonsense reason.

Claim status not displayed, raksha to always creat same query for all even if u have submitted the same already. Raising query is fashion for raksha tpa. No one read mai no reply. Poor services.

Worst App. Never shows submitted claim status. Raksha TPA takes more than 2 months to clear claims. Very Bad Experience.

app to chodo aap. claim hi nai de rhe or apne bank ne bh y bekar company select ki. bad service of tpa. my claim not processed in 2 months. pta nai kyu chla rhe h fruad company

App is not working properly,it shows wrong member id.we cannot see any updates

Worst Mediclaim provider ever, first they will approve ur medical expenses and then will make a long list of query to reject the claim, it doesnt want to give money, want to enjoy with people's money Please dont buy their policies or trust their promises.

Said Wrong Member Id. But member id is correct. Previous version was working fine.

Useless app no updation shows expired policy details after renewal.

This application not work very poor

Good app but facing problrm while searching hospitals, We request you to filter hospital City wise not with hospital name wise

If there is an option to give half star, i would have given it. It's just an app, and nothing to do with Raksha TPA.

There is no log out button in the app to exit from the session. Better to add log out option for session and exit option to come out of App itself.

Say's wrong member I'd even if I am entering correct. Update the app or remove it.

its showing no claim but i already have a rcv copy my last claim dated 21.03.2017

The app does not show Cover limit.

Few bugs are there in the App. Please rectify.

Error error and errors. No details being reflected. Not working at all.

Just in this app u open all will show not available and network time out just this app waste of time app .......

Bank / claim details can not registered.

When click on upload bank details getting mesg of server timeout and and exit mesg

It displays network error. Shows nothing.

Network error, try later..what if there is an emergency???

It's a very useful for taking cashless facility for medical as per 10th bipartite settlement for Banker

msgs r showing properly.. not in detail, hospitals can not b searched by city choice..
