Autocop Trackpro- VTS / AVL

It frequently stopped working after installing.

App is crushing. Not working at all.

Initial versions about 2yrs back was excellent but new are very rotten & always crash and do not show the status always. Also when I am away in my car at work it shows my vehicle still at my home..wow. And always crashing on android. but on iOS works excellent. Guess google doesn't check thoroughly.

I wish I could have spent the money in buying a stereo player instead of asking for sim renewal(Since 5th July it's not working). Will share the detailed review tomorrow.

Autocop seem to be worst among all GPS tracker companies operating in india. Customer support can't go bad beyond what they have. I tried reaching them numerous times on my device not working and everytime executives deliberately disconnected calls or ph number is not reachable.

Device is overpriced, service provided by Autocop is pathetic. For the last 5 days I'm calling these guys to fix the problem, but they never turned up and said the technician who installed will fix this, Sandeep the technician with attitude will call and never reach in time. Don't want to work or attend. Total waste of 6500 rupees. It's better to go consumer Court and ask for the compensation of mental harassment and work loss of 15000 rupees instead of calling these guys. User ID 94828

It doesn't work on Sony experia phones, but executives does not reveal it. Once you pay for the product, they then say it will not work on your phone,it is a kind of cheating, consumer court is the last resort, UNFORTUNATE

It's UI is old . Also it's not showing the real time location ,guys we want live tracking not slow live response

This device gets unreachable several times & asks for error reports everytime. I seriously don't know who gets these reports to resolve because I have never got any reply or any solution for the same.

I deal with autocop .I have a installed trackpro in my car since i use for customer demo but still this is the best tracker ever...and they have made some additional features in models...recommended for commercials car.

I've 3 car all of car use auto Track Pro but not satisfied because not real time update

Will stop any time from the map. In short the car will not display at times at all for hours.

This app is not being updated since long. I'm not sure why. Since 2 weeks, I'm not able to login.

Whenever i open this app it shows network error try offline.. Please fix this issue...

Three AITO COP GPS units installed in Cranes and submitted all documents at the time of Installation as NEW Installed and Tracking System were blocked and asked documents second time submitted on 27 July 2016 till date they didn't updated after calling more than 3-4 times I hope after reviewing this they should update with immediate action before I put it into face book

app not showing actual location after clicking on vehicle

This app is too old and the new app doesn't work.

First of all it asks for online mode or offline mode. If I select online mode it can't show the location of vehicle . If I select the offline mode it send messages only and SMS charges apply.

App doesn't open try 3 to 4 time...

The app lacks important features like track back and kilometers traveled between Time frame.

I have tried installation twice but not able to login to my account. Same username and password working fine on my PC. Is it working for anyone?

Less functional in comparison to website. Website is not fully responsive, using on small screen device is difficult.

Plz update app with kilometre, and ignition on off sms services

Good application you have to control your vehicle but sometime give wrong information if you are fixed this I will give you 5 star
