- Chloe works online or offine. Online delivers all of Chloe’s functions while Offline Chloe talks and interacts however without voice recognition.
For better compatibility, Nexus 5 & 7; Samsung Galaxy Note 3, S3, S4, S5; LG G2 are suggested.
For best performance, make sure that:
- Turn off other active apps in your smart device.
- Play with the doll in a quiet environment. Noises will affect her ability to hear correctly.
- Connect your smart device to a fast and stable internet network.
- Be about 12 inches (30 cm) away from the front of the doll and facing directly toward her.
- Talk when white necklace light up, listen and wait when it is dim.
- Speak clearly so the doll can understand you.
- If she doesn’t hear you, speak louder or move closer and try again.
- Update your OS and Google search app to the latest version. Please disable the "Bluetooth headset" setting in the Google search app by unchecking the box next to it.

This was one of my 5 yr old daughters top wish list present for christmas..1st I have had no problem syncing my Samsung galaxy s tablet to chloes bluetooth..she sometimes doest hear the question right, but really not an issue..2nd I watched the app instruction video on you tube..because at first it wasnt connecting and that's when I found out about the sync of bluetooth

Understands hardly anything, when it actually does, she answers with junk replies or just way too in depth and for far too long. Her voice style isn't easy for the younger ones to relate to, it is too robotic and lacking in certain grammar. Needs an older age recommendation on the box and someone with great patience as the operator!! Disappointed with both the Cayla and Chloe dolls this Christmas, waste of our money for sure!

I totally agree with the last review. This ap would only work on my ipad and this is out of bounds to my girls.chloe she understands nothing my daughter asks. You have to speak so clearly to get an answer. I asked about animals and got 5 mins of talk about emails.

I agree totally with the kast two reviews! We have samsung galaxy and the doll and app do not work! My tablet says its connected to the doll in bluetooth settings but its not recognising it in the app. Please update the app!
