- You can even play a game with Cayla.
- Cayla works online or offine. Online delivers all of Cayla’s functions while Offline Cayla talks and interacts however without voice recognition.
For better compatibility, Nexus 5 & 7; Samsung Galaxy Note 3, S3, S4, S5; LG G2, G3 are suggested.
For best performance, make sure that:
- Turn off other active apps in your smart device.
- Play with the doll in a quiet environment. Noises will affect her ability to hear correctly.
- Connect your smart device to a fast and stable internet network.
- Be about 12 inches (30 cm) away from the front of the doll and facing directly toward her.
- Talk when white necklace light up, listen and wait when it is dim.
- Speak clearly so the doll can understand you.
- If she doesn’t hear you, speak louder or move closer and try again.
- Update your OS and Google search app to the latest version. Please disable the "Bluetooth headset" setting in the Google search app by unchecking the box next to it.

Very large download and then doesn't recognise the Bluetooth link. This leaves us with a very expensive doll that does nothing. And the company appears to be very unresponsive to complaints. Would not recommend if in Australia and using the android app.

My daughter was utterly disappointed by this awful product. Very poor app, even tic tac toe is buggy! I think the product owners should seriously consider opening up their api and allow others to create some worthwhile content for the doll.

Tried to bluetooth it to a Samsung Galaxy Note Edge will only work for a few seconds. Iphone wont works either if it doesnt work on the ipad she is going back to the toy shop

App does not pick up that I have connected to cayla, despite phone and cayla being connected just fine, tried multiple times before taking her back to the store to swap for a different toy. One very disappointed little girl. Won't buy from them again..

It doesn't seem to pick up Australian accents especially my daughters. Tried multiple devices, in quite locations but still no good. It answers a few questions but they seem to be the stored ones. Maybe taking this doll back for a refund.

I've got both the google app and the iPhone app. The iPhone app works perfectly, but the google app only seems to work intermittently, making it virtually unusuable for a 6 year old. Instruction sheet says "lots of stories" but actually there is only one - a very boring one at that. NOTE: This is a rating of the app - not the doll itself
