Towbook

It would be great to take away the email text information that goes to your phone. Makes it kind of a clutter when most drivers are already looking at the app in the first place.

This app, when insttalled on an iPhone gives you a lot more information than S8 plus. In I phone you can see user, cancelled calls and whole bunch of other stuff which you can't see on an android system, please fix this issue.....thanks

I cant even sign in it just says enter username and password.

This app would be okay if it wouldn't give you more than just 25% of the information needed to complete the order all of the drivers have a smartphone to go off of information like for example car is in front of food court driver has keys and then we call the customer call the customeryuhhgg

Ok but really major problem, you cant see your calls or get any info if your phone doesnt have service. Instead of cacheing each call , so being in vermont it really sucks. And ive written and called so many times but they wont patch it

Great app and useful with the job but being on the night shift and using the DARK THEME a lot of the menus are white on white and totally unreadable. Plus the blue text on black background is also difficult to read.

I absolutely love this app! It makes doing a ticket for a call so much easier and faster. Ive been useing it for about 18 months now and really havent had many issues with it that wernt resolved easily. Thank you for the awesome app!

I log out on my phone when I'm done dispatching and when I log back in again, all my settings are reset to default and I get an error message and Towbook restarts. It's frustrating but the app is otherwise great.

Apple iPhone app is lot better for towbook, you can do a lot with it, compare to android, such as managers cam add delete drivers, trucks, it calculates miles, and bunch more

Everytime it updates the GPS Cary over messed up and no notification sound for apple

I think this app is a must have for anyone in the tow or Roadside industry, minimally. The creators and maintenance personnel are amazing! Will use forever.

great app but would be nice if there was the option to enter beginning, arrival, and ending mileage.

I use the Aero app over this piece of trash. The Aero apps performs better.

Keeps saying tow book has encountered a problem please fix when I am on scene I mark on scene and it says towbook encountered a problem then when I get back in truck it still hasn't updated so then it's says I'm late for my call

Very useful. Eliminates the excess paperwork. Much easier to use than iPhone version. @dev - dark theme reverts to white after closing and reopening. Also needs an offline cache that can sync data after connection reestablished (photos and other) - some info get stored, while other info is lost. My supervisor will be contacting support soon for help. Thanks for a great app.

Any chance you can have the app alert manager phones when call comes into waiting from virtual printer from aaa calls? Maybe add driver alert when call is modified or updated info is entered? Other than those two wishes, this app is absolutely the best and my drivers love it.

I wish somehow they got out a calculator something for us drivers to keep track of our money or even if we could get printout of our invoices or an option to mail each call as it comes into our email for us to keep track of everything also other than that the app is awesome

My boss has added trucks to our company profile, for whatever reason towbook won't take them to the app so we as drivers are not able to complete call, record expenses or basically do anything with towbook because we can't select trucks. My supervisor has to do everything manually on the desktop. All we can do is see where we are going this needs an immediate fix

Anyway of getting a app notification when a customer/account enters a call through the web portal or there own account login?

I only wish the dark theme worked on my note 3... can't drive with blinding white screen...

The old version had notification looping and this new one does too but it's not working. Plz help and fix

Good user friendly interface, Good customer service. Not perfect but the best i've seen.

We run a small Towing, Recovery, & Repair business, amd this software is exactly what I've been missing.. I was blown away on the first day of using it. It's so easy to use my 11yr old daughter could do it.. Love this product
