Great app for bike ride planning.

Great idea and the website works well. I paid for premium and followed instructions to get offline routes. Downloading maps was very slow and apparently this was a server issue. When I came to use the maps the GPS plot was hopelessly inaccurate, maps didn't display properly and eventually it froze completely (5 mins into a two week tour) Luckily I had another app so used this instead for the rest of the trip. Sorry but this app is no good in its current form.

It's not so good. It loads slowly, it stalls, and all the best features are premium. I will search other apps and I'm sure there are.

Bad experience for APP monthly Premium subscription. I subscribed for Trial Premium for 1month,but after 1 week I was charged $5, after 2 days I try to cancel subscription ,no refunds. I am so sad about this service.

Nice idea, but very unstable, crashes often, very slow. Also, not good for planning trips as it always tries to show where you are right now. I wanted to pay for the service for an upcoming trip, but this app is too unstable for me to pay, unfortunately.

Offline navigation was shakey. Often just a blue line with no map behind it. It was difficult to share routes. Some worked, some didnt. Not developed enough yet.

My app of choice to work as a back-up on my tour around the Black Sea! Created routes on my pc, then synced everything here. Really happy so far, BUT there's no way of getting turn by turn directions for the routes I created and this is disappointing. UPDATE: my understanding was that this will be included in the summer update... Well, still not there, which means no real progress to me.

Hello, please add ability to upload tracks(gpx files) from the phone. And route length in filter is not working for me. And please add search routes by city etc.

Terrible quality. It gets frozen all the time, the map is unusable.

Very good app for checking your planned routes (even offline while cycling). Tracking function is OK but there's plenty of apps for that. However, I was greatly dissapointed as it is advertised that you can "navigate your planned routes" and that is not true. You can follow the route visually by looking at the app. You can even expect basic voice navigation from A to B, but NOT along a planned route. Thanks for the trial period, will buy when devs implement voice navigation along a planned route.

Complete waste of time for an app that did not work, and all the reason s that I downloaded it ie voice navigation (which did not work, even with the premeum membership) I did find a completely free and easy way to do what your app claims it can do. I just ask Google to navigate by bicycle to "destination " that worked flawless every time gave good routes and voice navigation. ...can I get my 2 hours of my life back?

The good part: very nice idea. Lots of routes. It crashes many times. I switch to my camera to take a picture, then I switch back to bikemap, and I have to restart my phone sometimes because it's not working anymore. Also, it takes time to put me on the map. This is not a location service problem, simply to point on the map is too far away. Also, I find the application menu not intuitive, I always have to think what to tap, what to do... Website is the same, hard to use, everything is changing when I'm looking on the map, etc. I have tried, sorry.

The app keeps crashing, but the GPS is great and it points really very good but I am looking forward to a new version of the app when it won't crash, you guys are doing a great job, keep it up and you'll be better ;)

Absolute garbage, unable to use it. Tried to look at a trail on the map, the app crashed, tried again same story. How is this even possible on a such downloaded app?

Horrible af. Unusable even for the free stuff. And no, I won't contact the support team to tell them what is completely wrong with the app. The old versions of the app were ok. The website got heavier as well and is more difficult to use.

Slow and crashes too much

At first glance looks like a quality app that is focussed on navigation rather than the other bs that clutters apps like Strava. However could benefit from a compass orientation icon when viewing a route. Will be testing over the next few weeks while touring.

Free trial is not working. Button is not clickable. The app looks promising but I wasn't be able to try.

It can be a very good app, but at the end of my tracking session there's a nasty error when I try to save: "Error while uploading... " so I cannot see the track from the computer and even charts are not available for that track in the app. Fix it and I'll put a better evaluation. Edit: I had to logout and login again to solve the problem. Thanks for your fast reply.

Visually very appealing app with great usability to find new routes for bikers

It is a great app for cycling enthusiasts, has a lot of cycling routes. Easy to explore and organize the routes.

Very useful app and makes bike tours far more comfortable than traveling w/ it. I'm giving solid 5 stars!

Does not recommend. Felt cheated by the app. Firstly, it does not seem to offer realtime navigation, it gives a map which may or may not be correct. It also doesn't a mark out cycle routes etc. And it miss leads me into thinking that upon registration i will get access to more features than free mode. Apparently not, it only became obvious after registration that you need to pay a ridiculously expensive £23 before you get any useful features on top of the free version.

No way to delete tracked routes in app. Can't see tracked route details like speed etc after u save it or have marked as ridden. Only plus point is that u can create routes on web easily to calculate distance and see elevation.
