Slow ticket confirmations. Thought for the first hour that this was a scam and got worried. Tried calling support but was left on hold and in the end they never answered. This is a pretty anxious experience . Beware! Don't risk it if you need same day service.

Booked a same day event to see "Home for the Holidays" in NYC. Got my confirmation right away, but no tickets. After a few hours, I chatted with support and was able to get the email for the tickets and seat assignments right away. The email contained instructions on how to obtain the actual tickets by meeting someone outside the event 30 min before the show and up to the show start. The exact meeting location was missing from the email, so I thought this was going to be a scam. I was running late and at the show starting time, I received a call from Headout support saying the agent was still there waiting for me with my tickets. I was only a few minutes late so they conferenced me in with the agent and was able to find her and get the tickets. Wow.. I appreciated the fact that they took the effort to make sure I didn't lose out on this great deal as the tickets were 78% off box office pricing. I give them 5 stars for great customer support.

I was visiting NYC with my family and we wanted to see a show. We don't get to NYC very often as we live a couple hours away. I had ordered tickets, or so I thought, through Headout. Three tickets in one section, four tickets in another section. I should have read the reviews first. It seems their business model is to get your money, if they can manage to get tickets at the price you get your tickets, if not you get a refund. We had to split up because they were only able to get the first order of four tickets. This business model would be fine if they were up front about it. If on the ordering page there was a warning that you are essentially putting in a Priceline style bid for tickets, that might get rejected, I wouldn't have been upset that the tickets I "ordered" didn't arrive.

Headout took my money from my Amex credit card in lieu of reserving Burj Khalifa tickets, Dubai. Never issued tickets in the name of security flag on my card. Despite submitting all supporting docs (security risk as they were my personal details) they didn't issue me tickets. So if they would really cared why did you guys took the money out and is still not refunded since 3 days. Also, not sure if I still have to pay currency conversion for their fraudulent intentions. Stay away from them.

Horrible service. They deducted our entire amount and said tickets would arrive in 20mins. We waited and waited and didn't receive any tickets.. Contacted customer support and they said they are a 3rd party service provider so its not their fault!

Booked my tickets never received them... They deducted the amount immediately and support is worst ever I have seen... Never reverted to emails and don't have any one to support on chat

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND SYSTEM EVER. Just book directly with the vendor. I booked last minute 'At the Top Dubai' ticket for my friend. I clearly put his name on the guest details and paid using my credit card. Voucher was sent with my name and refused to change it! I emailed, chatted and even called NYC office but all refused my request. They said it must be changed minimum 48 hours. Headout custimer service even said THIS USUALLY HAPPENS to the bookings and we can just go to At the Top and just show the QR on the phone (no need to print), there would not be a problem. I called At the Top they said it cannot be changed and we need to bring printed voucher. So confusing! Avoid stress and do not use this for LAST MINUTE TICKETS. This should be a convenient experience, but now I need to change my itinerary and go to the venue earlier to check and make sure my money eill not be wasted! So disappointed!

Flawed Chat Support. No response from the agents at all. Chat just closes after a while saying they didn't hear anything from you while I was typing messages over and over.

It worked well the first two times when i booked and gave a good discount as well, but while booking for another activity the confirmation was so delayed that i booked again thinking the first time was failure but later i got two booking voucher with twice the deductions from my card and when i contacted them for a refund they simply refused it on 48 hour cancellation policy.

Notice how nearly all of the reviews are either 5 stars or 1 star. This means you either used the service with success and saved maybe $5 or $10 (if that), OR you had the terrible experience of planning an exciting vacation/activity only to have it ruined by Headout at the last minute. Here's the deal with Headout (which they FAIL to make clear on their website before you buy); When you purchase tickets through them you are BY NO MEANS GUARANTEED to receive those tickets. Based on reviews and my experience with multiple orders, I'll estimate there's a 30 to 40% chance that you WON'T receive those tickets. It mostly depends on how much YOU paid versus how low Headout can NEGOTIATE their own purchase price from the source at the LAST MINUTE. If there's little or no profit for them, your order will be cancelled (you will be kindly informed of this via email, long after your event has ended and after you've spent hours waiting on the phone or chat window). Also in my experience, when you use the "CASH BACK" they award you on a future purchase, you are even LESS LIKELY to receive your tickets, as it further decreases their profit margin. When they cancel your reservation they will refund your money, to be sure, and they'll offer you a $15 credit, but you are NOT REFUNDED the cash back that you previously earned (so if you spent over $15 of your "cash back" rewards, your next purchase is actually MORE EXPENSIVE). Another sneaky tactic is when you pay upfront to book a reservation, you will immediately receive an email confirmation (which many people will assume confirms the reservation and proceed with their plans to attend), but if you read the email you are told it is only a confirmation of payment, and that your tickets will be emailed separately before the event. NOWHERE do they mention the high probability that your order will be CANCELED. You assume in good faith that you will receive the tickets you paid for, and you "head out" to the event. Well good luck to you. Just look at the photo of these guys on their website... Who wouldn't trust those faces? I wouldn't. They will be sued out of business in a year or two. Only a matter of time until they cross the wrong (right) person. Until then, BUYER BEWARE.

Do not use it is a scam they never answer the phone and also they give problems giving back refund do not use

The Android version always showing "there is an error in loading"

1. Searching for anything in Dubai shows no results and sugars changing the city. 2. The app has no wish list or favorites list

Easy to book things.. then they screw you over. Accidently booked wrong date and immediately sent an email, was denied a refund or any change in dates and the customer service team would not reply to me. Ruined our holiday, stay away from these scammers

Excellent app. Booked couple of tours in Dubai and I got it cheaper than anywhere else. Very easy to use app as well. It would be good if more Europe and UK countries are added.

It's incredibly easy to book using the app. I used it to book couple of tours and activities for friends and family at great prices. We faced a problem with confirmation mail for one of the tours, but customer team took care of that for us. Wasn't much of a hassle. Do check it out!

Dreadful, this app will allow you to book for events that are sold out, including taking the money from your account. Once you have booked you will receive an email stating that the booking cannot be made and you then have to negotiate a refund. They also scam you for a convenience fee of around 20% of the booking amount. Avoid and book direct.

AVOID!!! Terrible company & appalling customer service! Their activity descriptions are false and they refuse to update these. Hired 2 jetskis and when I turned up I was told it was only for 1 jetski. I paid for 2, the jetski company were really understanding and called Head Out for us as we were NOT the first customers to have been ripped off by false description. Their App doesn't state there is a minimum booking of 2 people for 1 Jetski (I have screenshots). Company refused to acknowledge this at all and refused to help. They kept saying it is stated on their website (Why would this matter when we are using THEIR APP to make bookings!!!). I told them I had screenshots which I could send to them but they were not bothered or interested. Frustrated and already 20mins into our hour slot, I requested a refund which they completely refused. I would AVOID HEAD OUT, otherwise you run the risk of them ruining your holiday too. The Jetski company advised us to use other companies next time.

One of the best apps to plan your tour in any city. Convenient and I can say this app gives you the most economic deal ever on the trips you plan. Best Discounts ever. The service was amazing. Keep up the good work and spread to different cities. Cheers!

Sham. Shows alot of available seats when you order. They charge your card and then tell you it's sold out and try to convince you to take another show.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE BIG CHEATERS AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DONT CALL YOU AT ALL. THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE THEY HAVE. THEY HAVE TIED UP WITH THE LOCAL TOUR OPERATOR. LOCAL TOUR OPEAROTER IS NOT BOTHERED AT ALL. I HAD SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM THAT I HAVE A LAYOVER IN PARIS. THESE GUYS ARE NOT HUMAN BEINGS. ONCE YOU BOOK THE TICKETS YOUR MONEY IS GONE. YOU GUYS GET THE SERVICE OR NO. I TRIED CALLING THEIR NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES BUT WAS NOT CONTACTABLE. NO ONE THERE KNEW WHAT HEADOUT IS. I MAY HAVE REACHED AT THE VENUE A LITTLE LATE. I LET MY WIFE BE INSIDE THE TOWER AND WAS SEARCHING FOR THE ADDRESS. THE ADDRESS WAS NOT SOMETHING EASY TO FIND. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY BACK PLAN FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE LEFT BEHIND. THERE IS NOT EVEN A SINGLE PERSON FROM HEADOUT AT THE VENUE. WITH ME THERE WAS ANOTHER GUYS WAITING WHO WAS FROM EGYPT. HE TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER SO MANY TIMES IN FRONT IF ME. THE TOUR OPERATOR WAS NOT JUST CONTACTABLE. IT WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO PARIS. THESE GUYS DONT CONSIDER ANYTHING LIKE I SAID THEY ONLY TAKE THE MONEY AND NO AFTER SALE SERVICE. SCREW YOU HEADOUT. I LOST €102. BE CAREFUL. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP. I DEFINATELY FEEL THAT THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATERS AND THIS HOW THEY MAKE MONEY. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PATHETIC COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY HAVE CLEARLY DECLINED ME FOR A REFUND. NOT EVEN 75% OR 50%. PLEASE TAKE SOME OTHER TOUR OPERATOR OR STAND IN THE LINE FOR YOUR SELF. I WAS HELPLESS AS I HAD TO TAKE THE CONNECTING FLIGHT FOR A DIFFERENT COUNTRY. I had booked a show at Moulin Rouge Paris for four people. But the ticket reservation sent by Headout only two persons. Although I paid for four and booking confirmation sent also had a mention of for guests, the reservations ticket sent to email only allowed two people. It completely spoiled the excitement we had for Moulin Rouge visit as half of our group couldn't go inside due to seer negligence of HeadOut's ticket booking team. Extremely Disappointed!!

Rated 1 star for the inability to change or refund orders placed. I booked on the incorrect date (completely my fault) but Headout refuses to work with you to get it corrected. An unfortunate experience, and I will not be using their services again.

I used this app when I was in Dubai. It made my journey simpler in Dubai. It's simple, easy and money saving too. They offer the best prices for all attractions.

I was so happy to have found this app while I was in NYC. I got great seats at a terrific price, met the host outside of the theatre and was updated with my seat information with a fast turnaround. I would love to see this in more cities! Thank you!

Beautiful app

After searched for offers for days, I bought tickets for 4 attractions because they had the best prices, and beside that, I got "cash back" at least 10% at every transaction, and even more .... I got my tickets on mail, one of them took a couple of hours to get but the rest of them I got in a few minutes after payment! They also have live chat and they are very nice and helpful! Thank you! I am more then pleased!

Advertised "skip the line" tickets but what we got was a vochuer for tickets. We have been in line for over 1.5hours just to pick up tickets at the American History Museum and still are not close to getting inside. Worst experience of our whole time in NYC.

Very bad service. Huge delays in delivering tickets. Had to buy the tickets again at the spot. Headout isn't returning money and keeps generating new deadlines

Got great price for tickets

Love their service, very responsive and top-notch.Tons of options to choose from but would love to have varied experiences and more vendors on board. Feedback - Would be nice to have a search feature on the homepage for people who know what they are looking for.

Purchased tickets for a lower level seats at one price. They tell me tickets are reserved. I don't get tickets in 20 minutes and call. They tell me they can't get tickets (guess they don't know what the word reserve means) and that they will sell me seats in an upper level for the same price. Good ole bait and switch. Go elsewhere for your tickets.
