Lines for Disneyland for Android
Does a great job showing predicted wait times and advises if right now is worth going to a ride or if you should do something else first then return. Could use a facelift but this is the way it has always looked and they keep adding new features (~1 per year)
I don't usually write reviews for apps but this is a very useful app. Very detailed & much more accurate than the actual disneyland app.
Traveling around Disneyland in a wheelchair can be a pain but using this app, set to my desired "walking" speed, i was able to save a lot of time!
Used it at Disneyland yesterday. We kept walking into lines that Disney said were a longer wait than what the Lines app said and every time the app was closer than Disney. We have used the Disney World version for years. Both are excellent. The setup for a personalized plan is much easier on a computer. But works fine once in the park.
I'm annoyed that I paid money for the subscription. The app did not help at all and caused us to waste time with its confusing plan. It was telling us to go to a ride at a time that had already past, after I had just optimized it. It was also telling me to get a fast pass for rides that I already entered fast pass return times for. It also said to get a fast pass for a ride then immediately go on it. Fast pass doesn't work like that. It seemed to be down for half the day. The estimated wait times were off.
too many glitches. seems like powerful software, but leaves you frustrated due to multiple glitches. keeps adding in Fast Pass stops when they add no advantage. Why would I walk 7 minutes to get a Fast Pass for a ride with a 5 minute wait???
Helpful, not super accurate. We used this app for our first trip to Disneyland and I found the website to be really good for getting me up to speed on the 'Disney flow'. However, the plans were way too optimistic about wait times, even when we got to the park before 7am. Often we would use the plan for the first couple of hours and then hit a snag (lots of major ride closures! No way to integrate this with your plan). After that, I would just watch the wait times part of the app to see what rides were open and what the fast pass times were. Things that would make this app more helpful: integrate current wait times/ride closures into the plan view, click to map for navigation, allow a plan to hop between parks (we did this WAY more than we thought we would because of ride closures), get rid of bugs in optimization that insert long breaks in the middle of the day. Still pretty darn handy!
Useful for ride times, but they are free with other apps. Not worth paying for as their expected times were way off and Disney official times much more accurate. Advice not worth having as changed every few minutes, one minute ride any time and then a few minutes later it changes to ride now as queues getting longer.
I tried it with a 24 hour trial. I have been trying to cancel. There is no cancellation instructions,no contact email,no phone number, and when I replied to there confirmation email,no it bounced back. I mist file a credit card dispute.
For planning purposes it helps give you a sense of what is going on and what to expect but I found the interface to be very poor and confusing. It kept giving me plans for WDW when I was in Anaheim. Luckily I am a firm believer in the Disneyland: The Unofficial guide and had a current copy so I used that. It would be great if it actually worked.
The touring plans are excellent!! I can't recommend using them enough!! Our family of four found ourselves wandering around revisiting favorite attractions and finding hidden Mickey's for added fun!
Never had to wait very long for any attraction. The order didn't always made sense but we followed it and it was brilliant. So much so that my daughter thought 25 minutes was a long time to wait for one particular attraction!
The chat room is the most informative. The plan part itself is so-so no way to add a park hopping option so you have to make different plans, also it glitches a lot with the fast pass booth option
Good app but the wait times can be a bit off so help out by posting your own. Chat function is good, friendly crowd quickly answers questions.
For my first trip to Anaheim, I needed a solid plan of attack to see & do everything at Disneyland. First day was a Wednesday ... park was only open 11 hours, but we got 23 things done, plus 2 meals! Awesome! I love that you can easily re-optimize or re-evaluate on the fly. We had a couple unexpected closures, but were able to keep going with the plan, thanks to re-optimizing! :)
By far the best investment of our 1 day vacation. 6 kids, teen through toddler plus a grandparent and aunt. Didn't wait in line all day on one of the busiest days. At 11:00am we had done the bulk of our list and felt that we had some special VIP status as we cruised through the park. There's no avoiding the Peter pan wait unless you follow the advice and do it first. THANK YOU for your amazing research!
Thought it was free. Installed it only to find it is only a limited feature 24 hour trial. Subscription is needed for more than 24 hours or for the Touring Plan feature which is why I selected this app. This info should be stated UPFRONT Should have realized what a red flag that was. Actually used this app the 1st day at Disneyland and the wait times were wildly optimistic, the app was slow and often did not update the actual wait times. The 2nd day at Disney, in the morning it said I had already ridden the rides listed in my touring plan so it didn't show the wait times. I picked this app based on an article that said how useful the touring plans were (they were not) and that it was much more useful than the Disney app (it wasn't!). I got the Disney app on day 2 and the wait times were updated promptly and were accurate. It was very helpful and it was free.
Works well, would like better offline now (instead of getting a Web error and losing my display, a message saying "unavailable" that keeps my current display would be better. The online timer function makes it pretty easy to submit line times!
This app is helpful while in the park. It tells you when the shows are and if rides close. However, the predictions for how busy the day is going to be are often wrong, very wrong. This is especially true around holidays. Update 2016...lately the estimated crowd level is always wrong. It will say it is a 4 and be an 8 or 9.
Very useful for a newbie. I think an experienced Disneylander could get by with just the Disneyland App. One thing that kept being a problem was when finishing the wait timer it kicked me out to a blank screen, rather than back to the plan. Another little issue is that you can't delete plans from the App. Otherwise I'm glad I've used it. A built-in map would be really helpful. That's the only reason I installed the Disneyland App.
This is a fantastic app that will give you valuable information for making the most of your Disney visit. I love this app!
This is a good app. The wait times are only as accurate as we, the users, make them. It's not the prettiest user interface. However, the information it provides is awesome.
I have used this app on several Disney trips. It is a must for touring the parks. I would hate to do Disney with out it.
Traveling around Disneyland in a wheelchair can be a pain but using this app, set to my desired "walking" speed, i was able to save a lot of time!
Helping us avoid crazy waits today. But no way to select show or parade times in app makes it frustrating to optimize when plans change or rides break down.
Heard good things, unfortunately creating itenerary causes the app to crash. No better than the free app. Also, no park map in app.
Used this my last trip and have it again for this trip. Four women? We don't need to schedule rides, so I'm skipping out on that part. But to know the most accurate line times? I'm all about this app for that! Disneyland app is nice and all, but it gives their wait times.
What a great app. We didn't really have any huge waits and we were at disneyland at one of the peak times. It allowed us to see what was happening with all the rides as well as the fast passes. I would definitely recommend it.
We've followed most of their advice on how to get the most from our visits. Now's there is an app to build our own custom plans for each visit. It's pretty much right on with their estimates and recommendations. I'm recommending this app.to everyone that visits these parks.
Got the e book from Amazon and this app. Did everything we as a family could imagine and more.. Including all the shows. Time saved is priceless. Worth the small investment in the app and the book. GET this app and the book is you are only able to afford to go to Disneyland Resort once in your lifetime.
Includes restaurant review and menus. Make personal check off attraction plan you can choose to have them optimize for you to save time. And check out their efficient plants while touring the parks. Awesome.
Many options but could be made for easier navigation within the app and find information you need without reading so much. If I want to read I would just bring the guidebook.
Not as efficient... ...as Ridemax. But, I guess you get what you pay for. It very often scheduled us for things before they were open or after they were done for the day. Ridemax plans most of your itinerary per land whereas this can have you needlesdly running back and forth between lands. Ridemax also gives you helpful tips. Though, that was last year so I may try again to see if it is better.
I don't usually write reviews for apps but this is a very useful app. Very detailed & much more accurate than the actual disneyland app.
Been to Disneyland a number of times before and this still helped plan our trip. Big plus to use in the park to find what menus are close by without having to go to the food establishment. The problem is trying to delete plans I've made that have mistakes. I've got 10 plans for 5 days. How do i get rid of the ones i don't want? How do i add dining at downtown. I must be missing something but there is no help page to figure out what it is.
The book is really really really useful. If you want to really get good use of your time at the parks buy the book. $15 on Amazon. The app is good and somewhat helpful but the real "tips" come from reading the book.
We are first timers, and this app was accurate. This app is ugly, and was a little wonky different between my nexus 4 and my wife's Note 3, but we managed. Since it is ugly, I strongly recommend practicing making a plan before you go, because we didn't spend enough time in line to learn. Also, if you get off track, re-optimize often, and the plans pick up at the right time. (It is hard to convince our 7 year old to walk past the good rides every time.)
I haven't really noticed how accurate the wait times are because I mainly use it for planning and the crowd calendar, which I LOVE. It is very useful. I really don't mind paying $6 a year for it, even if I only go twice a year since I live in TX. Like I said, it has a lot of useful info and even if you only need it for one trip, I still feel like $6 is totally worth it.
Has excellent estimates that match real life experience on line. Difficult to submit an actual waiting time: requires too many clicks, taps, and confirmations.

This app is a good idea, but the execution is lacking. It doesn't allow for doing a ride a few times in the initial plan. The plan told us to ride mater and Luigi's rides early, but as the park gets more and more crowded the bigger attractions wait times get longer and longer while the smaller ones stay about the same. Seems like precious time wasted riding Mater early when it's the same wait time later in the evening as early in the morning. The second day was a little better as I stuck with using it for current wait times. Also, having a park map would be a great idea. The plan will jump from different areas of the park from step to step. Overall, a good app to use for planning your trip. I'd recommend it, but I wouldn't use it exclusively
