Keeps asking for a dealer code. I agree this app looks abandoned. Will be returning the product.

Must be fixed or refunded.

I used this app last year and it worked great. So far all of my readings this year are way off compared to the bottle and the pool store. I'm really disappointed.

After creating my account I was asked for a dealer code, which then came up as "Dealer invalid or unregistered" and I've been unable to get past or out of this screen in the app unless I logout. The online review I read also said there were reminders that could be set for maintenance activities, but I can't find this anywhere in the app.

Does not work

Program will not work unless i am in house on wifi, otherwise will not startup. Kind of useless since need to photo strip quickly. Should scan regardless of Internet connections. Strips cannot be manually read, so basically useless.

I purchased my test strips from amazon. No dealer code. App won't proceed beyond this. Poor functionality

I downloaded the app this morning and it looks ok, however subscription keeps in asking for a "Dealer Code", no idea what that is. The products page on their website does not work ("Add to cart" button does nothing) so that means you can not order the strips which would work well with the app / software, which makes the whole system useless. I emailed the website but have not had any reply. Looks like an "abandoned" excellent idea... Would NOT recommend this app due to the website not working properly, sorry...

U.i can be glitchy on less than 2 bars WiFi or 4G signal strength.

I love this thing! I usually take my water in to the local pool store, but now I do it myself. I do the testing, and my phone tells me what to put in. nice and easy.

My pool store is 45 mins away & when I had to do multiple chemical additions to fix my pool, this app allowed me to check my pool at home between the steps instead of driving back & forth. I now test the pool every week but still go in once a month for the pro's to keep me straight. Now I am starting to understand why I have to add what they tell me to. The pool looks GREAT!!

Great program. takes the guesswork out of trying to read the color on the strip. Then it tells me exactly how to treat the pool. Very easy and I am using less chemicals now.

...so this app really came in handy!! I no longer had to guess at (or ask my kids to verify) my readings on the test strips or those drip-drip test kits. It is also saving me time on my swimming pool maintenance. I am totally digging it.

This app rocks! Now my kids can't say they don't know what to do with the pool while I'm gone! A monkey could do it!

This app is the perfect tool for me to manage my pool chemistry. It has a neat pool volume calculator and allowed me to save a profile of my pool. My profile includes the type of chemicals I use and the type of equipment on my pool. It gives me recommendations on the amount of chemicals to add based on the testing data I enter. Taking pictures of my test strips to automatically enter the the pool chemistry works great on my DroidX but I can also enter the results manually. Great app!

I'd rate it a zero if I could. Horrible let down. The company tries to sound like this app is all you need. Wrong! when trying to enter manual test results from my kit, it doesn't have the option of inputting a decimal point! Glad it was free!

No info in the app as where to purchase the pin numbered strips that are required to use the app. Useless without purchase information

This looks like it's just a link to a web page in an application shell. Slow and froze up my Galaxy Note. Uninstalled. Only supports their strips as well.

What is my dealer link? No idea what this is. Can't use app without it.

Can't move past entering dealer code. Entered every number I could find on the package and bottle all are invalid. Useless

I love the concept of your pool test strips with tailored outcomes from the data.  Though I am having a couple of issues with the failings of the software. Lets be honest and up front.  Your test strips are expensive when compared to identical products,  but the inclusion of the software interface is a fantastic addition. If you can fix the software then you will have a great product. Until then unfortunately people will buy it once,  return or bin the product and never buy it again.

Login page only allows NEW accounts; idiots didn't activate the text boxes for login! No "Exit" in menu. Very quirky photo capture. Inconsistent test results. I'll use it until I run out of test strips, then it's back to routine pool supply testing!

This app is really a let down ... the test strips work well, but the app integration sucks.

But you probably have already, like me. I am returning mine. False advertising! Nowhere on container does it tell you that you need to pay for a subscription to get usable results. What am I supposed room do with the reading? It's like stating the obvious. I know there something wrong with the water. HOW DO I FIX IT? App also does not work properly. Can't exit it. Won't work. Why does it need dealer code. I'm using it at my house.

You can use 5 test strips one after the other and you will get 5 different readings. Don't mess up your pool's chemistry by following these test results.

You take a photo without a template, try five times to get it lined up to the template they apply after youve taken the photo...only to find out its unusable. Fix this, then we'll see.

Not sure where to begin. Written by complete idiots who have no concept of user interface. One example: there is no way to exit the program!! Really!! No menu key, pressing back does not work. Only way to shut it down is to go to Android task manager and kill the program. Oh, and there is the stupid need to input a dealer code, which they do not give you, or the program will not work. I could go on, but not worth it.
