StockWatch for Android
I love the IOS version, so I tried this android version without success a year ago. Forward a year later and a new android device. Thought I'd give it another chance, but it is still just as bad. Keeps crashing, loses data. Spent over an hour trying to get it to work. This app is so bad it should be pulled from the play store until the developer can provide a working version. In the meantime...avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy the frustration. Wish I could give it "0" stars.
Like others I have used and love the app on my IPAD. On my Samsung S 5 it is useless. First off white screen background with light colored numbers when you key in amounts doesn't make a very viable display. When you do finally get it in the name of the stock and value overlap on the display so you can't read it. Finally unlike the iPad version it doesn't load all Canadian stocks. Really hit and miss. Poor app. Don't buy it.
It does not work on Note3. I love the version on iphone and ipad. When can you improve it?
I have used this program for years on Apple products and it was really good. But on the Android it is horrid. I tried it on a Samsung Note2, a Samsung S3 and a Samsung Rugby LTE and it does the same thing on all of them. Every time I launch it, it gives an error message and restarts. I tried to import my portfolios and nothing imports. In the portfolio screen, the screen is green and I cannot enter any new data nor can I change anything in the watch screens. I hate to be so negative but this app is a total waste of money. I was hoping it would be like the Apple apps which were very good but it is far from that. Do not buy it and spare yourself the frustration of trying to use it. If I could give it a 0, I would.
Display problem, difficult to use, iPhone one is much better. Pls try installing to HTC one and you will find all problems
The display is not working the HTC One, the text is not fitting boxes correctly rendering them unreadable.
I found this app to be okay, fairly easy to use ,nice display, trouble getting a few symbols to enter and some problems trying to edit, also confusing trying to pick portfolios. Overall okay. Hopefully developers will improve and add features.
This app works acceptably on ios if your moving to Android dont bother with this product at the moment as it appears to be a work in progress at the moment. This should be free untill the developers get it working properly Wish I hadn't wasted my money. As of 15th June 2013
List of issues too long to even bother writing out.
Doesn't work smoothly. The App doesn't fits the screen. When you open the App its forcing reopen, The portfolio shows one of two. Not recommend !
Poor layout and keeps crashing works fine on iPhone
Can't use it at all. Stuck on the agreement.
I had this app on my iPhone and it was working great. Changed to an android phone and what a disaster this app is with android products. Unable to even use the app, text, numbers do not align where they are supposed to, half of the numbers are cut... Do not buy until a newer version gets out
