The app is fast and very easy to use, I can opt-out of the ads, and they have a lot of songs to choose from. They also give 5 free credits for every referal. 5 stars. I do wish we had options to buy less than the minimum of $5.00 for credits, and those $5.00 worth of credits can only be used at one bar. I usually don't want to spend $5.00 on credits at a place that I don't frequent or will never visit again. There are times i would have bought credits if there was a $1.00 option, or if the credits weren't tied directly to one place. ????

The app is good but I wouldn't try any of the promotions they run for free credits because they don't give you the free credits. They had a promotion that if you bought credits using Google pay I would get 15 free credits. All I got was a link to download the app, which I already have on my phone. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Also, the only thing that sucks about the app is that you have to use the credits at the venue they were purchased.

Complete BS. This company commits theft of services. Hey Touch Tunes. Give me a way to cancel the songs I queued that got pushed down the playlist because people kept hitting fastpass and jumping line. I'm out 6 credits because my songs *might* play sometime tonight. Heck if I know, because we left the bar.

There is no sensible logical practical reason to not allow credits to transfer, unless they hope you forget about the extra and they keep it. This entire music system is the WORST. You can't purchase credits on a machine, you can't see how many songs are qued; It's garbage, ment to trick drunk people into loading money for a song or two and then forget they have 4$ more. Its garbage!

Customer service is horrible. Asked a question. 4 days to respond. Don't share the app with friends it doesn't give credits unless they download the app which by the way it never explains. Overall the product is garbage. I'll stick to dollar bills.

Fast pass is a rip off. No way to know if other songs are fast passed so you waste double credits to play a song that ends up in same order as a song that costs half as much. Update: To developer, thanks but no thanks

This app sucks. It only works when you give them money. When you try to play songs it may or may not play but you will be charged for the 1 dollar song all the same. I would advise you to save your money and play the song on I tunes later. This is just a scam only works part of the time at best.

Yea, it's convenient that you can play from your phone, but why do credits cost almost twice as much in the app as they do if you put your cash in the jukebox. Seems like a big rip off to me.

Only works on jukebox where you bought credits. Other apps work at multiple bars which helps if you play in a pool league. We play at different bars each week so touchtunes sort of stinks. Waste of money

This app stole my money, a few weeks ago I bought 12 credits out of the store and I remember only using 9. When I logged in just a little while ago it shows a,balance of 0, considering never using this app again

The fast pass feature is the absolute worst feature on the planet. We pay our money but never get to hear our songs b/c fast pass pushes our songs down the queue. Real jukeboxes never worked that way. Fast pass also causes a ton of conflict in the bar. This app would be great if fast pass did not exist, if I didn't have to unlock features to see how many songs were in the queue and I could use credits from my account and any location. I write software for a living, it's really not that hard.

I think credits should go on peronal account instead of location credits.. when used it should go into the touchtunes of the location used at. I would do 5 stars if that would happen. Just dont like the fact that i put money in and its stuck at certain locations.

Rip off. You have to purchase credits at each individual bar. The credits don't follow you. You load up $10 at one bar, the second bar you have nothing. On top of that....they expire! AMI is ten times better.

The only thing I wish TouchTunes would implement into their playlist is a "1 credit list". The other big name in jukebox's has one and it is highly used by patrons of their machines.

I had an issue with an error. The error took money from me and said it did not charge my account but it did. I never was refunded or received my credits. I continued to purchase music that night fatal mistake on my part because they used the credits that I purchased as ammo against me. There were multiple transactions. But there were two transactions I was never refunded for or received credit for. I'm not going to use a service that has such poor customer service. I used this many times no problem. And I had 1 problem before it got fixed. But they refuse to fix this problem so I'm completely over it. All I asked got was a refund or my credits. Neither one I received. Naturally I'm gonna go to my bank. I haven't yet. I was hoping the app would just resolve the issue. I don't like to file claims with my bank, so if an app makes me file a claim it's the last time I use it.

Very misleading. The money you spend for credit is only good at the location you bought them. Now I have credit at a place in New Jersey. And New Jersey is not a place I want to visit again.

Stopped my download and decided to not use app or player in bar after reading the reviews, I agree with most of them, plus how many bars actually have wifi? The ones that do have music playing as well. Expiring credits is unheard of, totally ridiculous, I am a professional musician and I absolutely think this is a scam. I HAD IT REMOVED FROM MY BAR by simply showing owner the bad reviews. DON'T waste your storage space or time with this app. The only thing its good for is watching drunks use the photo booth. Look at the responses from their customer service, they wont let you see how they resolve issues because they just dont resolve them.

Great app if you hang out in one bar but the fact that your credits only apply to each jukebox you purchase them for is limiting and it will also still charge your card even if you have money on your account. Useful app but those are some major flaws.

I checked into a bowling alley and put up 15 songs to play after 2 hours and change nothing not one song. I tried reaching out to support and support is less than helpful I would definitely stay clear of this app

It only has top hits. It needs to expand it's library to include more artists and songs. Till then, it's limited, and the money I spend can only be used in one location. So I have to pay more to play in different bars! Fix this and it would be a better app!

Venues were constantly raising prices making any coin purchase useless. Even when not opening the app after a restart, ate a notable battery % every day.

Jukeboxes have started blocking songs and artists despite lyrical content. Jukeboxes also cut songs off. Was a frequent user who won't spend another dime with them.

Why the hell did my credits disappear? I had ten dollars in the app. Is there an expiration date to MY money?

Easy to use. Lots of music. Just needs more artists! Also the coins need to stay on your account. Instead of having to pay every time you go to another place you only going to visit like once.

Honestly I paid for 5 songs and 3 hours later my songs played after I left the area with TouchTunes system. I mean I padi just like everyone else at the bar I would expect to be treated the same with app or no app. Whatever will not put my money in the app again.

I have not been able to contact anyone in 3 days at touchtunes thru calls, emails and fb messages, all i need is a little assistance but all i get is silence

Beware: Your paid credits will expire. Also, the credits bought are only good at that location. To use touchtunes at a different location you have to buy new credits. I won't be using it anymore since I lost money.

Okay, but with quick play, makes it pointless if your tracks can be skipped over. Screws you out of being next

Doesn't play your song next when you select. But takes your money. Terrible app

Don't like the fact that you can play music and 2 hours later still haven't heard it because it continuously gets fast played past. There should be a limit.

Did not work at the bar basically stole my money. Would not use again

The app would be better if you could transfer your credits anywhere. Kinda like a wallet. It's very possible considering the money is going to one account.

How do you get new releases from bands on this system....I'm looking at the band the Chromatics

I hate it when the jukebox is offline.. how do I use my phone music library with the jukebox?

You allow others to skip the music you paid for and then you have to leave without getting your money back.

Update the app!! It will not let me scroll through my recent plays since the last update.

I like the convenience but I wish they would let you request songs to be added to jukebox

Despite few participants in locations it still takes hours to hear a chosen song.

Cannot use credits at other bars. Why would you do that?

Love this app. Easy to use,decent song selections and great customer support. One request tho. The ability to search for songs and not just artists
