インテリジェント ホームは、外出先から、家の中を自由にコントロールすることができるスマートホームサービスです。

カメラやセンサーを使った、お子さまの帰宅確認やペットの見守り、プライバシーを配慮したご高齢者の見守りをはじめとして、不審者対策等に警備員の駆けつけサービスも対応してます。
他にも、鍵の施錠確認や、エアコンや照明のオンオフまで自在にリモートコントロールできます。
「インテリジェント ホーム」で、これまでになかった安心で便利な暮らしが始まります。

更に新しい機能として、部屋の温度や湿度、照度(明るさ)を指定して、その条件になると、エアコンや照明を自動的にON/OFFさせることもできるようになりました。 熱中症対策をはじめとした様々な快適・便利な応用ができるようになります。勿論、メーカー限定や特別なエアコンに買い換える必要はありません。

(注:このアプリを使用するには intelligent HOME加入者である必要があります)

このアプリで、以下のことができます。
- 外出先から自宅に設置したカメラのライブ映像を見る
- センサーやデバイスを自在に組み合わせたルールの作成
- ルールに基づいて撮影された写真やビデオの遠隔再生
- センサー毎の履歴表示
- アプリから写真やビデオクリップを取得(ローカル保存)
- 自宅の外から家の中のエアコンや照明を遠隔で操作
- 遠隔でスマートロック(電子錠)の解錠･施錠が可能
