Transparent Keyboard Tablet for Android
Bought it bc really want to see half of my screen that is being covered up by the keyboard. Thought it will make the default keyboard transparent. However, it has its own keyboard, which isn't as good or functional as Google stock. By all means, it is not a bad keyboard. Just be warned. If you like the default android keyboard with swype function, autocorrect, etc, then don't buy this. Had I known, then I wouldn't have wasted $2.
how to switch language? how to copy paste? is the developer alive? To "Almost perfect" - No, it cant be added, because developer probably dead/deaf/blind etc
The developer has made some very stupid design decisions which would be trivial to fix, but unfortunately they have ceased updating this app, with the last update in 2013. Don't waste your money. There will not be an update to fix the stupid design flaws. There are a few features needed to make this perfect: 1. Need to be able to stop it adding a space after dots, commas and exclamation and question marks. This is incredibly annoying since most of the time I need to backspace over it (this is the reason for the low rating - and contrary to what somebody has said elsewhere, this is NOT an operating system setting issue - I have all "smart" typing features of the OS turned off, and no other keyboard is doing this); 2. Configurable key click and vibrate (this is really important - it can make a touchscreen keyboard feel much more natural); 3. Need an option to have "control" and "alt" keys (needed for things such as terminal sessions, including ssh, as an addition to the advanced qwerty layout). It is OK to shrink the space bar to make room for the additional keys. With these features this app ought to be a very good substitute for a physical keyboard.

Very useful, does what it says and more, light on resources and very configurable. The best keyboard you can get for a tablet or phablet! And ignore Troy Rollo's review. He over-reacted to a minor problem that can be fixed by adjusting settings in the OS.
Can you add a feature to play click sound when pressing keys? Otherwise good app. Thanx
Same as phone version, with more options for AND the addition of international characters! Keep up the good work!
please update other language. add sound ,color and vibration when touch on keyboard.
First of all its not ready to go after you install, gotta tweak it for a good half hour to your liking. This can be a pain as there is no setting key on the keyboard, and no way to visually view or test the keyboard in the settings. Secondly nothing at all to assist your typing, no autocorrect, next word prediction, or gesture typing, so be prepared to type very slow. Overall just needs lots of work.
I'm going to be requesting a refund. There is no caps lock so to do capitals you have to hold one key down and press another. You can't longhold to get second options and the only good thong about the app is that its transparent.
I didnt ever understand why my keyboard blocked half my screen. Needs a few features like shift lock and possibly autocomplete.

Works great on my tablet as I can see what I'm working on when the keyboard is transparent. Also love that I can make it as big or small as I like and can choose the colours I want. No need to purchase extra themes like most other keyboard apps out there. Good work!
I got my tab for Christmas and got fed up with losing two thirds of the screen when I wanted to type anything. I installed KlearKeys on Boxing Day and I'm really pleased with it. Love the transparency settings so I can still see what's under the keyboard. I can set the size and colour and even the type of keys I have, it's very flexible so it's MY keyboard on MY tab! Oh, and there is a shift lock key as one review said there wasn't one. Very slick and highly recommended!
I always wondered why nobody had thought of this before! I can see much more of my content and have loads of customisation at my finger tips.. Happy days!
A great app. Makes it easy to write and still see the display underneath. Versatile, allowing the user to customise keyboard layout. It's transparent so you can always read the text you input. A clever idea. Highly reccomend.
Love the transparency, been typing on it for a day now, no problems
verry basic with no sound or vibration on key presses. wil keep for occasional use when need arises.
Wish this had a good auto correct funtion.
The arrow keys do not work in landscape mode for my galaxy note.
Typing on the keyboard did nothing. Registered ad usual touches on the screen behind. CM 10.1.
