Great app but the check out options are lacking an option to use PayPal would give it a 5stars all day

App loads, but selecting an item only brings up a blank, black page. Moto z play. Cool products, just unable to go beyond looking at them on home screen. Using this app for ideas to purchase off eBay and Amazon.

No easy to find search option and the prices are insanely high.

Pictures aren't working

Crashes. Immediately. I have a few grand to blow. Wanted to start here. Oh well. Guess I'll spend my money elsewhere. Shame, I really wanted a few things on your home screen. Problem is...I tap the screen and poof, I'm back on my home screen. Just bad. Will this stuff still be on sale after you fix? I feel like I should get a rain check or something.

One major flaw. The app itself is incredible. The interface is clean, with products that you didn't know you wanted/needed that are usually outside of your budget becoming affordable for a time limit of about 5 days. Updated daily. But the shipping time is atrocious. $10 for a two week to a monthly wait for your product to be shipped to your house. If they could fix this, I'll give it 5 stars.

The app is a bit buggy. Also, they charge you a lot for shipping and then add an extra charge for "fashion shipping". What the heck is that?! On the bright side it integrates with Android Pay. But then when you use Android Pay you cannot apply your credits and have to contact customer support. Shipping is slow and they charge multiple shipping costs if your order has multiple items

Basically I got my returns and have a good amount of disposable cash to blow on cool things- but I cant get past the fire selection. The moment you pick a genre the app crashes. This is on my lg g5. Super disappointing! The app looks so well put together :/

I have a weird relationship with this shopping app. I really like their products however it takes FOREVER to ship items out. I completely understand shipping times especially for items coming from far places but it takes them WEEKS to even prepare your products and sometimes I'm waiting well over a month for something. It's 2017 and with giant online retailers like amazon setting the new standard for shipping promptly, touch of modern completely fails all expectations of receiving your product anytime soon.

I got this app because one company said they sold on it... theres no search function and the browse is crap. How can i buy if i cant get to the product i want... a "modern" app would have a search function, the maker od this app is definately "touched" just in the head when planning this thing

Everyone is aware that making a purchase online can occasionally get a bit dicey b/w what the buyer is expecting and what they receive. Having been a long time return customer of TOM I can vouch that it is the rarest of occurrence with a reputable company such as this. However; it does happen which I experienced on my last order....what I didn't expect was the 5 star performance and attention given to my situation by TOM's help center! Oh boy. Yet another app that doesn't work. What is going on with androids? No matter what you click on the app immediately closes. Cool stuff but if the app can't work I'm betting the products aren't much better

The app worked fine..till the latest update. Now I can't view details or purchase any of the products through the app. Must be a bug in the latest update since I've never had an issue before. Maybe you guys should do a little more Alpha testing before releasing to the public...gonna uninstall this till it works as intended

If I could give it zero stars I would! I can't click on any item without the screen going black and the app freezing on me. Which is a damn shame, because there seems to be some very cool items! FIX THIS!!!

App and store selection are great. Shipping is too much money and takes too long. I'd rather spend a bit more and get is faster on Amazon. I bought my current order on the 1st of December and they have not even shipped it yet. Its been 2 weeks...

Installed app. It opened. But I'd I saw something cool. I would click on it. And my screen goes black. No backing up. Have to exit. Same result Everytime. Window shopping without finding anything out about the product. Glorified store ad !

Enjoyed some of the products, but really needs a search bar. Like, it REALLY needs a search bar. Will be deleting the app. I don't have time to waste hunting through filters that are mislabeled on some products.

They sent my order to the wrong address and now you can't speak to a live person. They call you back BUT it's a recorded greeting, the same one you hear when you call the 800 number. You do get an email but you will wait for a response. If I don't get a refund, I'm calling the attorney general ....

App is nice, but functionally lacking in a few crucial areas: 1. Needs search function. 2. Needs option to favorite things like in the browser version. 3. Categories can be vague or nonexistent for certain types of items listed, so needs clarification.

I have been using this for over a year and absolutely love it. Customer service voicemail and emails are returned. Takes awhile to get your stuff but this is the result of lower prices.

Two years ago was GREAT! Then for some reason sometime last year (2016 around November ) it stopped working properly. Now it freezes, stops down loading at times it shuts down! The long wait on shipping can sometimes be worth it. But Uninstalled it twice!!!

I couldn't even log into the app without it crashing over and over and over. Finally logged in and the moment I would try to click on a section to enter, it would shut the app down. Awesome concept, if I could actually use the app.

It has really awesome stuff and I was able to see it the first day i installed it. Little expensive, but nothing was something I thought was over priced. But after the first day I can't seem to actually look into the categories they have.

Much smoother than the site; browsing between items and pictures is super easy. I wish there was an option to filter out certain items that I never look at, like watches or wines.

So much off the wall, random, and cool as hell stuff! If you are looking for a unique gift or just something neat to add to your collection of cool stuffs check this out!

I get it - you can disable them. I shouldn't have to and it's super annoying. Plus the app doesn't always function properly.

I've used for several years now but unable to load pages. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no resolved issues. I can open Tomo, I can view the initial picture in the browser but I cannot expand to view the items in each

Can't talk to a customer service rep, have to leave voicemail. They send you a email with a tracking number for your item that you can't even track. Order two weeks before Christmas and still not received.

After reading the reviews sounds like problems I have enough I don't need anymore! Uninstalling now!

Was a good app but latest update causes it to crash every time you try an click anything. Scrolling works fine, but that is all. Unfortunate because the holidays are here and I'd like to look at some items to buy.

I was interested, I was also anticipating high prices. I didn't get that far, once I logged in, I tried to click on any of the items that first show up. All links forced the app shut. Didn't even get to look at the items price. I'll revise if they fix this. Although unless the prices are relatively low I imagine I'll use this to find something and I'll buy it elsewhere.

You have to be a simpleton to buy off this app. Everything is either fake or cheap. Who would be dumb enough to buy a 15k fake watch off an app?

Half the time it doesn't even load. Other times when you press on an item it doesn't load the page and its just black. The app freezes and acts like it can't run. Idk when they fix everything. It'll be a good app but right now its useless

When it's been so long you forget you ordered something... Yay ToMo shipping, getting the product a month after purchase as always. Cool products, utterly terrible shipping speed.

When i click on any category my phone crashes...all i get is a black screen. I was really interested in checking out what was for sale but i guess that isnt happening.

Doesn't work. Stuff looks cool but the app to buy them doesn't work. Guess it's a app for window shopping.

App is not responding anymore... It will open up but when I tap on a category it kicks me to my cells home page.

They have some good products, but the worse shipping process. Items take minimum 4 weeks to ship, dont hold your breathe while waiting
