Great app and easy to use

The app never loads. Broken.

First of all, people are rating this app as if taprides themselves sends the ride. They don't. The app is a platform used by schools to receive requests from their students, and each school sets up it's own driver infrastructure. If you are having issues with time, or incorrectly showing that you are onboard, that is becuase the driver working for the school made a mistake, it is not representative of the quality of the app at all. The app is very useful, it provides a good and simple system for dispatchers and drivers to communicate and control who takes which ride request. It's a vital tool for my job at UCSD.

There were a few times when I used this app and I couldn't get a ride in time and I would wait an hour or hours until the app decides to cancel my ride (which means I either pay for someone to take me home or risk walking).

Order like 45 Mins ahead of when you want to leave and maybe you'll have luck but I've never been that patient.

Definitely request a ride like 20 minutes in advance, but useful. I like that it will take you anywhere and pick you up at any location.

Sometimes app will mark you as picked up without assigning you a car and prevent a cancellation or errant ride.

And there is no support for Jelly bean! Great!

Doesn't even scroll down so I can select my school. Now I'm stuck waiting in the freezing cold. What a crappy app.

There are some problems with the app here and there, but it gets the job done most of the time. IPhone version is better

Took only a few minutes for a driver to pick me up!

This is highly flawed. It freezes up much too often. I have continuously uninstall and then redownload it to gain some utility from it.

Why is it impossible to close the app?? It's draining my battery and the message saying my ride is waiting won't go away. Uninstalling

I try to cancel my ride but it never gets submitted (says cancelled on app but driver still shows up)

I like how I have to uninstall and reinstall every other time I use it

Constantly kicks me out of the queue.

My friend always gets rides before me. Actually, I never ever even get rides. No matter when I use the app
