Totspot: Buy And Sell Clothes

It logged me out and I can't log back in. It prompts me to check to make sure I entered the right email address which I did. This needs to be fixed. I didn't even have a chance to really look at the app. Camera feature sucks. You can't focus it and there's no auto focus and no way to see what people will see until you post item and then come to find out its a blurry picture. If you take the pictures then upload it from your phone gallery the app uses a small square so it chops off half the image.

I don't get any notifications and I sold a bundle and it wouldn't even let me cash out period! It says you can use PayPal well I looked in settings couldn't find that either. Also I buy here people take to long to ship not everyone. But the majority do. I also don't like how I sell something and I can't get paid I'm not going to send my things out if I can't cash out that's not fair. Dead on sales to sold one bundle in a month being there.

I tried to use the concierge service, they posted 2 items out of my full bag of clothes I sent in. So they have had my bag of clothes for almost 2 months and they are not being posted to sell.

Wont even let me create an account. Keeps telling me email is invalid.

Can't get the submit offer button to work. So many glitches.

For the past week everything I click the camera button to add an item the app closes saying it failed. Very frustrating!

I LOVE the app its easy to use and very fun BUT sometimes it does crash and starts acting funny. When i follow someone it unfollows

Do yourself a favor- don't download this app it frustrate me so much because that i hate this above all the selling app i experience. They take 20% fees, froze most of the time, i have to make 3 account so i can buy this one thing because their log in have problems i mean it's so bad that u would hate it. I used my phone, husband's phone and still username didn't excess which in fact they just sent me an email to that accounts i made so it is registered. Super frustrating so stay away in this app.!!!

I used to be willing to put up with the glitches and bugs, and even the terrible custumer support, because it was so easy to get quality used clothing for my kids. But the recently removed their "Club Level" subscription option, which gave unlimited free shipping. So now, the shipping costs kill any savings to be had. I will now cash out any money made from sales, and use the cash to buy clothes from the store when there is a sale!

I downloaded the app only to be unable to use it. I cannot complete the tot profile as each time I enter information in a field, the information I just entered in a previous field gets deleted. Support said they would fix it, and that was over a year ago in April 2015. Clearly they have not fixed the problem as I just tried reinstalling it and the problem is still there. Poor customer service people...

Sold some stuff, but unable to contact them about my account. Sent message with no response and posted to Facebook with no response. Sold $72 worth of stuff and only credited $40. Use something else.

Love this app! It still has a few glitches that need to be worked out though.

Easy to use and a great place to buy and sell kids clothing. They've recently added mens and womens clothing too, but not much interest in either thus far.

I just downloaded this bc I heard great about it but it keeps freezing and force closing... so annoying please fix!!!!

Def a money saver

There is always issues with this app most of time it just keeps loading and never opens. I also wish they offered different shipping, since it's a standard rate it costs more than really needed, great idea just not carried out very well. I keep thinking they will fix the issues but no such luck. About done with this app.

I had quite a few items saved to my favorites and now it seems that since the update there is no way to find them! Even things that I have recently liked cannot be found! FIX PLEASE! I would guess people are going to lose sales if people wanting to purchase can't find what they saved!!

The moderators are like closet Nazis. The "parties" are very exclusive; not everyone buys their baby Juicy and Burberry. App had some major glitches also. Overall I was very disappointed in the app and decided to stop selling. They've recently updated and it seems to be running a little smoother but it's too much time and effort for very little payout.

The app is always force closing and at one point I got locked out of the app and it wouldn't let me log in. I immediately contacted tech support and it took 8 months to get it fixed. I lost many sales because of that. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone.

The first time I tried it it froze everytime I wanted to post something and I got 10x emails a day saying welcome to totspot, I got fed up with no response and just deleted and the emails stopped. I saw it was updated and tried again. It says an error with my email address, and when I try to log in with my Facebook it says my email address is taken. Great idea but I pointless if you can't get in

Not as glitchy as it used to be. The listing process is fairly easy. I wish they didn't take out fees and would offer better shipping options. Download VINTED KIDS - it's a new selling app for kids items and it needs more users :)

I was so excited to start selling my old baby clothes but can't post anything. The app freezes every time I try to post a picture & completely shuts down. Very disappointing!

It's all confusing and it's causing my account to freeze and just shut down in the middle of whatever I am doing. It does cause it to act up for awhile till they get it on track. It's a great app then.

This app works okay, although it needs some sprucing up; There isn't much to it. Problems: I can't find my favorites I saved. I sent an email and no response. No phone number to call. I tried using the website and can't figure out my password. Guess what? No link to reset it. I love the idea of this app. And as long as you never have any questions, you'll be alright. But it's a pretty simple app that needs more options.

I've been using this app for a year now to purchase clothes & gifts for my children. Now I get a new working phone , the Gs7 and I can't view my children's sizes ,along with pics of clothes that won't load to my screen right now. Also order summary pics won't show up? Please fix..

I am getting ready to try to sell a few of the items my kid has grown out of, so I don't know how the selling thing will work out yet. However, I love the community feel of the app, and how supportive the other parents are of each other! The only issue I'm having is trying to add my spouse to my family profile. The profile doesn't save correctly for him, and when I go to edit it, or delete it and start over, the app freezes up and restarts. Otherwise, great job Totspot developers!!!

I spend hours on this app at night when I can't sleep. The clothes are beautiful, fairly priced, great condition etc. My issue? I can't click the app and open it. If I have to close it, it has to be uninstalled and downloaded again for me to open it... Or I have to click a notification and go into the app that way. Maybe it's an Android issue? It's frustrating. Otherwise, a wonderful app.

TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. There are so many glitches and technical difficulties with this app. I am so upset. I am going to have to cancel my credit card because I just continue to be charged for things I haven't purchased. For some reason, there is a horrible glitch and when you purchase an item, it will default to a different item. Ugh. SO not worth the hassle. I will just pay full price for my Janie and Jack clothes. I've been doing that for years and haven't had an issue. It's not worth the hassle to get clothes at a discount.

The app ia great connecting people. I have purchased and sold a lot of items but when something goes wrong don't look at support. I have contacted them twice over the last three weeks with no response. Also, their system doesn't always assign the correct weight. That is a big concern. I hope they fix soon.

I like Totspot, but I am a little leary. I have yet to receive a refund, or even more than an initial reponse, for an item I purchased last October! Now, after the last update none of my deposits are being credited to my account for selling items. If I don't hear back from support soon, I am going to shut down my shop and stop buying. Which will be a bummer, because I do enjoy the app, but it's not worth the hassle when there are so many other similar apps.

But the app itself needs work. The load time is rediculous. I have yet seen my deposit from where I sold clothes and cashed out. It's not in my account and it's not in my bank account either! If my money is gonna dissappear then I won't use this app again!! Promo codes work but be sure when you apply code you buy it cause of you don't you don't get another code!!

I have been buying and selling on this app for 6 months. WAS absolutely in love with it and recommended it to everyone with babies. Notice I said was.... every since the app updated, I can't sign in, I have to uninstall/reinstall the app EVERY TIME I close it. I loved using this app and use it daily but if I have to do this much longer it will be gone forever. So fix your problems before you lose all users
