Total VPN

It's working on my lap but it is not working on my mob. Why?????? I want to know y it's happen.

I tried to use many vpns like snap,betternet,hotspot shield,etc..everything is super slow...this thing is really fast and reliable....????????????????????

Installed pc version with 2yr sub via PP, then installed on my Sony xp, both work like a treat on the one sub within Australia simultaneously! Dose not work when in China, suggesting servers have been logged by the government/s. When in India and Singapore it works (as far as I can literally test on a geographical basis) however remember to set servers for devices and tasks. only cons I can find.

On a totally premium plan, not the easiest VPN to manage, clumsy and will not let me access from South Africa. LSO seems to change constantly, now can't access some settings that were accessible before. Not at all happy

Server s are down.and I am payed up till May 18... Never got back to me about issues or return of monies..Sad Very sad

Worst VPN ever I never write reveiws but the pro version of this VPN pissed me off so bad that I effing hate this.

Useless junk app. When I try to create account, every time it just says "Sign up unavailable".

Everytime i try to sign up it shows ''Sign up unavailable'' so i request Total VPN to fix this issue:(

They does not offer service any more even you still can download it

sign up problem. If you don't fix all your customer gone.

I paid for the premium plan, but every time I try to access anything other than "Quick Connect" it tells me I have to upgrade my account. Customer service said they reset my access, but it still won't work after logging out and restarting numerous times. Don't waste your time or money.

I 'm on totally premium plan (2 years) and it's only a waste of money.... I' m living in Myanmar and after get connected to total vpn network even I 'm not able to open my total vpn account web page.... without to mention the smart dns service that is completely useless... if you're on BB country I suggest to contract other VPN provider... by the way as I asked to be refunded obviously they stopped ti contact me.

Use this on my pc and no issues. Trying to log into app with account and it keeps saying wrong password. I've changed it 3 times thru app and still won't let me in. Come on. This is ridiculous. Fix it

Paid for premium, its near absolute useless except for faking location. Can't even tunnel past local network censorship. Please don't make the mistake of paying

I'll admit, there was trouble setting my account initially. That may have been due to me trying to use a different email address for my account and 1 for the sign on. Bottom line: they went out of their way to figure it out. As for the service: As far as I'm concerned, I've had GREAT Luck with it. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Total VPN to anybody. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Very fair pricing in my opinion. Due to Amount of the trouble I had, they really took care of me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

About 40% of the time its unable to make a connection to the location I choose. Instead I have to choose a different location much further from where I live. This morning it wont connect to ANY location. Ive force closed the app and rebooted my phone....no dice. This means their services are down or at max usage. Like I said, this crap happens about 40% of the time which is too often. I will be canceling my membership in the near future.

I don't know why it isn't working for most of the people, but it works great for me and my friends. Just make sure you close all your browser windows before connecting. That's all.

I never actually used this app, what few times I tried, it would not connect. The free version is a slower version than the paid version. They contact you by Email and advise you to install the paid version soon after installation. Of course, public wifi is slow anyhow so how could a slow VPN connect to it? There are no connection points in the USA, Australia or even Singapore for the free version! Uninstalled.

I don't know if all the reviews on here are outdated except I just purchased a two-year plan and it works great on my Android and it also works great on my desktop and laptop. They also have very good customer support. I accidentally added on a one-year extension after Miss reading one of the pages. I sent an email and got a reply within 1 hour to call. I called the phone number and they got it all straightened out within 20 minutes and it's still working great.

Just like the last review, it does not work. A total waste of money. Downloaded a free app called Hexatect and it works perfectly. Setup was automatic and simple. Don 't waste your money on this looser.

It used to work for a couple weeks. Then it sudeldently stopped working. Their tech/billing appears to have no clue about the widespread issue. They should check these reviews now and then. I am just hoping to get a refund now.

Consistently cannot connect to the "super" server closest to my location. Also, has not been updated for Android 7.0/7.1. renders horribly on screen. Extremely disappointed. Only wished I had not paid for two full years.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. Buy a plan, use it on multiple devices (laptop, cell phone, tablet, etc) and you're on a VPN... They have a special server for torrent traffic which is nice (but a bit slow).

What a waste of money. It just changes your location, thats about it! 2 year subscription and im not able to acess US sites without another package, smart DNS. Very disappointed to have been mislead.

Please do not download this app , It does not work at all , I have tried and downloaded soo many times on different mobile phones but it would not work at all , all it says is authentication failed.

Took 40 tries to get it to connect to the closest area. Could connect to other areas but was so slow it was useless.

Awful compared to Cyberghost. Wish I had stuck with them. Does not work on either of my cell phones and I have a paid subscription!!

It says network error please try again, although the network is working very well

I paid for the premium service for 2 years because I am going to be traveling to China often. When I was there last week, neither my windows nor my android app were able to access their servers. Their customer service basically said, "tough............that's the way it is there."

Paid for premium always wants you to upgrade...worthless im dumping mine

Can you allow app to go into SD card please? If you will that would be awesome for me with a low space device!
