Total Traffic for Android
I've seen this happen over and over again. They come out with an excellent app and then they wreck it with some updates. The highways are too skinny. You can't even see the red areas unless you blow it up. Very discouraging.
Once this was a wonderful app - with a legible list of locations. Some programmer drunk too much champagne and fell in love with cutsy illegible bubbles. Good by app.
It show and give you notification of everything a head of time.
Works ok but the back button should not back me completely out of the app when I'm looking at a detailed issue.
Good traffic app..
Never up to date...only hives major roadways...cannot find a positive. ..went to waze...much better app
The last month it's gone hay wire. Won't load most of the time. Keeps telling me to check my Internet connection.
The constant hitting of refresh is frustrating, to say the least.
Gives the information very quickly without clutter. Thx!
OK I know the rest of the world thinks Idaho is still just uninhabited wilderness, but there's actually a lot of people here, with cars and everything that could benefit from an app like this. But alas, it is not available here yet.
I used to use this app all of the time. But now it is unusable. Every time you try, you are flooded with "you won a prize", and " your phone is infected with viruses, don't close this, click this link and give us all your money" BS fake warnings, constantly popping up
The traffic cameras are an absolute time saver, especially in rush hour. Before getting on your way simply check a few cameras on your route (they open quickly) and you'll see the REAL-TIME conditions. How do I know the cameras truly are real-time you may ask, I will tell you. While sitting in traffic I opened the app and there was my car, with updates shots every few seconds. For those speaking about lack of coverage, ANYPLACE that has an actual rush hour has cameras, put there by police and local news.
It doesn't cover any area I visit on a regular basis. I may live in a very rural area but I travel to many large cities through Iowa and Illinois. They advertise their app on our radio stations all the time, but offer no traffic info on any area near here. There are plenty of larger cities in these states with traffic problems, as well as interstate construction zones. One star because they shouldn't advertise in areas it is irrelevant! Uninstalled.
Total Traffic has never failed me. I rely on this app several times a week and I trust the information to be accurate. As a bonus, the ads are as un-annoying as I think is possible. They sit (and stay) at the bottom of the screen and it's unlikely you'll click on one by accident.
Used to work great but it evidently updated now it sucks. Have to work to get a broad and current view. It stays magnified and returns to magnified every time you exit. I want the old Total Traffic please ď
Changing location on map display to check out road conditions else where in city causes jitter map image that snaps back to previous map location displayed like a rubber band. This makes it impossible to check out road conditions along you path while zoomed in on map. Checking out road conditions while zoomed out is difficult to impossible on small screens.
No updates in 18 months, owned by iHeart which is a Clear Channel right wing organization. Need I say more?
This is crazy. I can't even find the state I'm in, much less the town! :-P
This is awesome and would have given 5 stars if more cameras were available.
Works great easy to use. I only wish they had the map zoom in the bottom right hand corner because it's too hard to reach in top left.
A virtual byte-for-byte ripoff of the Sigalert app. Would like to rate -10 stars for this kind of larceny.
Gives traffic conditions without using location services
The constant hitting of refresh is frustrating, to say the least.
The is no service for me here in Montana please fix it
Doesn't show any of the cameras on the nearby interstates
Sucks
I check the traffic before getting on the expressway. This app shows green the whole way even when I am sitting in traffic. Sometimes it will show yellow when traffic is completely stopped.
I have this and it works
This app is very difficult to use while driving. The information is good, but it seems a bit disorganized.
This app is always 40 minutes to an hour off of what the actual traffic condition is.
Always opened in California (I'm in Kentucky) and would not change even after I requested current location. Too much hassle to scroll through all the options to change city every time I opened it.
Screen drifts, GPS button doesn't work
Only shows major cities how about the rest of the world? Your app blows
Takes forever to refresh, reports not up to date, and can't view cameras. Google maps much better.
Won't load on LG3
Map fails to auto refresh. Color coding continuum is inaccurate. Oftentimes persistent standstill gridlock appears as mere light yellow slowing without ever updating to red, whereas other times traffic is flowing at 30-40mph on roads highlighted deep red on the map. Drivers are unable to make rational decisions based on the info this app provides.
Would be nice to be able to set your own default in the details. For example if my route is Hwy 123, I would like to go straight there. To have to open the app, it to go to a map, have to figure out which camera to select and then search and scroll... While driving... Not great. Another suggestion would be to have an option to either see the map or details upon launching the app.
App does not show current conditions . The app is hard to navigate while driving. I am at a standstill on the highway and the app said the traffic is moving. uninstall
Annoying ads, Map needs improvement, slow to respond. Needs work.

I can't even input a route with a destination more than 100 miles away. Even zoomed in 100% only US Highways and Interstates are displayed. My little suburban town is utterly invisible. Just a waste of my time.
