El Serrano with locations in East York and Lancaster, PA is Latin-American cuisine at its freshest and finest. Family-owned and operated since 1987, owner Manuel Torres captures the cultural dishes of his native Peru, including Torres family recipes, and will quickly prove that this cuisine is not spicy but flavorful. Of course, there are several dishes designed for those who desire a higher level of heat. Offering a wide variety of appetizers, entrees (with plenty of vegetarian options), and desserts, El Serrano also has a full-service bar for the perfect accompaniment to your meal, including our renowned specialty margaritas.

Not only is our cuisine true to our heritage, but our setting presents each dish in an equally authentic atmosphere. The Lancaster location offers three distinct dining options:

El Serrano, complete with porticos and central open piazza, courtyard fountains, and interior furnishings fashioned from tile, wood and iron imported from Torres’ homeland.

Culturas, Lancaster’s premier tapas restaurant, allows you to enjoy a variety of small plates as your entrée or to share them with friends over drinks.

On the second floor, the romantic Clementinas features four private dining rooms, each accommodating 2-4 people, with your choice of a prix fixe 5-course meal or tapas dining from Culturas’ menu.

We offer special Party Packages To Go and also have two banquet rooms: the Red Room and the Gold Room present specialty menus served family style for your gathering of up to 20 people.

Our monthly calendar highlights a wide variety of happenings, including live entertainment in the courtyard most Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings from 6-9PM; wine classes and tequila dinners; and other special events and promotions.
