Liked BOGO offer after installing app, but disappointed with trouble finding location. Couldn't click on location I was sorting at on map. Had to search and then zoom out and in and then click at bottom left of screen, which then took another minute or two. Glad I did, but was about ready to give up. Think that server had to scan 4 times for it to register as one visit.

The rewards/Punch Card does not work. Everytime we scan the QR code or input the code given to us by the server we get an incorrect PIN error.

Was sitting in Brixx in Chesapeake VA, app did not have that location as an option. Restaurant has been open for at least 2 months

I don't know what you paid this company to make you a loyalty app, but it was too much. First experience...it forces me to pick a location, but won't let me pick the one I am sitting at. Can't do anything until I pick a location. Only lasted 5 minutes before uninstall.

The menu has a great selection! If you want an original pizza, design it yourself, call it what you want, .. Cheeseburger in Paradise Pizza, The Terminator, (name it after you), no matter what it's called, it will be AWESOME pizza! The beer is cold, the staff are very attentive and friendly, and Brixx offers great rewards for loyalty. One of the best restaurants in Virginia !!!

Takes forever to load and I was using it to get the points since I visit this place at least once a week. I have stuck with the same 3 points. FAIL
