there s too many ads selling you products that's really annoying all the time. They sell you vpn services / identity protection and some other stuff. That seems to remind you everyday. The antivirus gives you a a critical warning for tracking cookies really! they keep selling out stuff and its of emails from them too. The antivirus missed a couple of intrusions like ddos attacks good thing my router has a built in security. the hacker tried to get in 39 times and this thing was completely clueless. it lacks other protection that's considered basic for other software. mines already the $60 upgrade. Does not take a lot of memory to run that's the only thing that's good.

I am going to cancel ( I'm within 31 days) as l am fed up with the extra purchase ads. AVG is better

I am now totally bombarded with adverts. This is a deliberate action on behalf of TotalAV to get you to buy more. AVOID.

WORST ANTI VIRUS EVER! My laptop runs really really slow. I mean ultimately slow after downloading and running this app. Email doesn't stop telling to take advantage of the promo to buy this and that. I bought the essential total protection but it's a waste of money. It's annual subscription but cannot turn off on your account. You have to call or email them. Emailed them and 4 times told me they cannot find my account. 4 different customers service rep even if I already gave them the user email and my name. I don't care if I get a refund or not JUST REMOVE THE AUTO RENEWAL.

Phone shuts on and off acting up all day today reset phone and shut down 2 times not for this phone.

I've seen negative and positive feedback, to those who complain that support sucks, consider that product support doesn't work for free. Also, consider the free version is a product trial in hopes that You'll like it and be willing to purchase. This product is an add-on license essentially for the PC version. Try it on your PC first and decide from there. Don't expect something for nothing. Would you expect to buy door locks for your house for free? Would you expect a security system for free with rapid response? Then learn how to do it yourself:) looks like a very solid product:) it's highly rated on the internet.

False advertising - app does not provide virus protection unless you buy it.

Although I'm using a purchased version, but the VPN failed to connect over 7 times, I will not renew.

Rip off!! Listen to the bad feedback that's all I'll say.

Absolute Garbage and their customer service is a joke! Downloaded it as kt was advertised as 'free' which is an outright lie on their part. You have to pay month to month for this software. When I asked them to cancel my account and remove all of my personal information they just sent me responses saying I was removed from their mailing list. Ive gone through 5 agents so far and not one has been able to get rid of my personal information. All the 5 star reviews must be from employees trying to make this software look good.

While not an out and out scam, these apps are close. Non rooted Android devices DON'T GET VIRUSES, neither does Linux. Not possible. malware is possible, but hardly on a stock device. No app can change system processes on a stock either. They just return on reboot or sooner. I've been an IT pro 30 yrs, 6 in Android now as a dev. NEVER ONCE even seen any but spyware (clients gf), malware (except kleenmaster and Kingoroot, and Windows ;-)), tons of adware, thats it. All these security apps do nothing anyone couldnt do freely and easily. Devs, why dont' you come over and make some real apps instead of fakeware. I challenge you to post your source code, if you already have, I apologize

Why did you double charged my card? It's good for 1 year and unlimited devices but 2 days later you charge a second time? I want a full 100% refund now!

Garbage! Tells you it can do all this stuff to help you. Click to do it and it wants you to upgrade! How is that free? I'll stay with Avira thank you very much!
