Corrupt Image Finder

App doesn't understand how permissions work on newer phones/tablets. It should check for permissions and prompt user to grant rights to their data. (You can get it to work by manually granting storage permissions in the phone settings menu... But the user shouldn't need to know that to use the app.) Subtracted 3 stars for this, the generally un-helpful user interface, and the lack of info about what kind of files it's scanning or what kind of damage it looks for.

Work to find corrupted jpg file, not move but copy to destination folder. Can't fixed corrupted file

It has icon buttons but I dont know what the hell the buttons are for. Which is delete button, which is clear button,...i only know the setting n scan button. I suggest you by using words button instead of icon button

Saved my battery.

My battery was constantly draining and it was suggested it could be a corrupt image. Downloaded this and it worked perfectly. I run a scan now and again to ensure I don't have any files causing issues.

My GALLERY wasn't letting me open any files, even after inputting sd card. Thanks! Your app found my needle in my haystack.

When scanning the internal sdcard memory on my Ematic 307, it just hangs at zero percent and never does anything furthee.

Fixed battery drain issue thought I would have to do factory reset but this app fixed problem

"Unable to retrieve handle" it says. I thought this app would bring back my photos..

My "scanning media files" took forever & this fixed it well.

Master sync was draining my battery 1% a minute. Ran this and it found 12 jpgs that were corrupted. Solved battery drain immediately upon removal. Master sync is back.

Not sure if this app actually does anything apart from push ads at me. The interface is not intuitive resulting in having to press everywhere to see what works. I selected a folder hit refresh and after a few seconds it said nothing to scan. Tried several folders with the same result. Either the app didn't work or the interface is so poor that it isn't clear how to use it but same result, uninstalled.

Was having lots of problems with media server draining batteries on my s5. Ran this and problem completely disapeared.

Takes a long time to scan. Displays no results

Useless. Downloaded it for nothing.

This program just wasted a half hour of my time that I'll never get back! I installed it in my phone, and it tells you to go into folders which there's no buttons for anything on the screen you have to click around for a half hour to find where the buttons are really at... Once you find the buttons it tells you to go to folders and choose a folder so you choose a folder but nothing happens there's no send button, there's no go by 10, there's no enter, nothing...

Stopped scanning and made me restart multiple times just to get stuck at 95% and never finish.

Did nothing! Didn't even recognize pics like nothing was there.
