London Transport Pro

I'm very angry as because the map is unable refresh itself, I have missed my last bus home despite force closing and reopening several times. It just kept giving me information on buses on the other side of London. I wasted good money on this!!

I used free version of this app before London Transport Lite, ant it was ok. Some time ago I noticed, that Jurney Planner (most important option in this app) just stopped working. When I press final button "plan" after entering all details it shoved pop up msg, "unable to load jurney planner". Only for this reason I bough paid version of this app, assuming that free version is just discontinued. So, the paid version Pro, has exactly the same bug, journey planner is not working! It's useless, return money!

I've had the paid version for ages. The journey planner being broken was annoying but the Widgets stopped working this morning. The most useful feature is dead.

This app is slowly turning to ruin and appears unsupported. Journey planner hasn't worked for ages, even though this has been reported by many users and when I recently moved I discovered the even though national rail stations appear on the map tapping them crashes the app completely. Such a shame as the arrivals widgets were so useful.

Route planner is no longer working and the tube map is incorrect (doesn't show Northern Line going to Embankment) TFL tube map from 2010 is more up to date

Journey planner could not be loaded error whenever I try to use this feature. Been an issue for months. Tried to contact developer to report, but never received a reply. Hugely disappointing seeing as I have given money over for this app. Let's hope TFL launch a decent app for their whole network.

Some bus stops especially at the end / beginning of the route are not represented by all the busses that serve them... this has been the case for several routes in my area for over a year now, and there's no response from the developer.

The journey planner doesn't work at all - always get the error message 'Unable to load journey planner'. It does bus arrivals, that's all. So really not much good and a waste of money - better use TfL website instead, it's free. And don't tell me not to leave a daft negative review - seeing as I PAID for this app, I have every right to. Sort your app out!

..now fails to load. Come on developers; people have paid money for an app that doesn't work. Poor show. I have reverted back to using Google Maps and will continue using that app until this fundamental problem is rectified. * 26/4/15 Developer still hasn't done anything to sort out the journey planner.

Apps now running slow and just caused me to miss a bus whereas the free version is a minute or so ahead and on time. Also, there was no response from the contact email address when I raised the issue of out of time information a while back. I want a refund as I'll be uninstalling soon.

Keeps saying there is no service on DLR and that service will resume "later this morning", even says this in the afternoon. Service us in fact running perfectly. Caused me to change my plans unnecessarily.

Downgraded support bad. My local bus stops have changed informed them some 2 months ago, no response. Other apps fine

Whenever I try to plan a journey, I get a message saying "journey planner doesn't work". I tried reinstalling it, but it didn't help.This app is useless. DO NOT BUY!

Author keeps silence and app doesn't work. update: 7 weeks no response - started using London Journey Planner made by TMU aps and found it much better!

Bought pro version. Has not worked since june update. Does not autolocate and keeps crashing. Each new update takes ages tp update and still doesnt work. Utter waste of money.Avoid!!!"

Used to be good. But doesn't tell you when trains are due near end of line. Doesn't tell you WHICH TYPE of train is coming. Last straw is dodgy data. Tells you approaching trains when they've just left... and route planner not working! Switched to Citymapper. Does that get me a thumbs up, developer?

Was good but now won't load journey planner. Can't work out why. I assume a dodgy update but until fixed is a pointless purchase

I use this everyday to check which bus stop to change at to optimise my route home. But journey planner no longer works which is annoying. I am relying on google maps for that function now.

The most useful feature of this app is the journey planner. It will get you from A to B using all possible means of transport. That is of course if it worked - which it doesn't!

How dare you spam me with apps when I have paid for this app totally disgusting. do not use this rubbish

After an update the journey planner no longer works and the app crashes when trying to use pretty much all of the features. The developer does not respond and I'm now our of pocket for an app that doesn't do what I paid for it to do.

Sent error report to developer weeks ago, no acknowledgement or reply, a real shame as this app has the best bus widgets out of all the apps i've tried.

I used to use this frequently but now the journey planner doesn't work. This has been reported many times but not rectified. There are several alternatives!

Update 9 November 2015. Two issues I have had with this app (both reported) neither time has the developer bothered to even acknowledge either problem. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I paid for the app as a while back it was good. Since then it's gone downhill. Journey planner now never works. Don't waste your money.

A once excellent app, which used to have stunning customer service. Not any more. Bogus service info, phantom buses, borked planner, combined with an AWOL Dev bring a once top class app to bottom of the table :-(

I agree with many of the other raters. This was a great 5 star app which has now slid downhill. A good lesson on not having auto update on your Google apps as the "update" is often worse and gives Android such a bad name compared to IOS as there seems to be little or no testing of the new version. There are now too many glitches to mention, it's a beta version at best.

Sadly no longer! It used to be a great app however now seems neglected, journey planner no longer works and the tube map is out of date and does not show rail connections- fix the bugs and update and I'll be happy again, until then... 2 stars.

I get the message 'unable to load journey' every time. Why? I paid for this app but feel like I've wasted my money. Pls help! It's also way out of date, have had a new bus route in my area for 6 months and it's still not showing on this app.

I'm getting the same error as others with trip planning. A shame, since it was great on my trip 2 years ago.

This app is a good purchase for anyone who lives and commutes into London. It has the Bus and Tube network in one app so it’s pretty much two apps for the price of one! I use this app whenever I am travelling. It has live Bus and Train arrival and departures for all of London, so I don’t need to look out of the window or wait at a bus stop and wonder when the bus is coming. I just take a look at the app and I can see exactly how long I have left to wait. This is a professionally designed app with a great user interface there are so many useful features like the journey planner. All of the data comes from the TFL so it’s up to date and live. One of its standout features is the widgets which you can customise to show bus and train departures this is very useful! The only thing this app is missing is rail, tram and boat but not everybody will need that.

Not what I paid for. The one time I want to plan a route it's not working. Not impressed

The journey planner is not working at all... It used to be the perfect app so on my last visit to london I downloaded the pro version.. I wish I didn't!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Journey planner has not been working for a long time now just says upload error or something. Very frustrating as paid for this app and used it regularly until this problem started to occur.

This app used to be brilliant but now does not work and hasn't for months, which means the developers clearly do not want to bother about it any more. Shame as it was good previously

I see someone else on the thread has already complained about no response from the gmail address quoted in the Description above. I must agree. No response, and the journey planner did not load at all. Use Google Maps for free instead when in London.
