This NG911 app enables completion of an official non-injury accident report and submits it to the appropriate State, County or City Police Department Records Office. This app operates in conjunction with participating PSAPs and law enforcement agencies. A 911 Operator can send this app to a callers' phone at the scene of an auto accident.
Gather information, GPS accident location, attach photos, identify police department and file report from phone. Accident information remains on the app for records purposes and a delivery confirmation is issued upon delivery to police records. Servicing all United States territories; this app must be requested via a short code, text messaging service. Your app will be activated during the SMS/Auto Forward App Delivery (AFAD) process.

I wouldn't rely on this if involved in an accident. Some states require presence of law enforcement regardless if there are injuries. Also some jurisdictions do not take accident reports and hand them over to the state police. I like the idea but would verify this with law enforcement first
