As a rate for the app, not the service, it just opens and loads forever. If you click outside the loading box, it pretends to be loaded but with no map or cars available. So...as far as the service, I'm not sure. Haven't gotten to use it in the 4 months since I heard about it.

Tried to use this service but the driver picked up the wrong passengers and used the ride under my name. Don't try this out. Friends have had bad experiences as well.

Drivers cancelled 3 times on me. 4th time I tried to order a back car, they sent an SUV instead and the guy never even showed up! The worst part is that the app even considered the trip as completed, even though the guy never came, and they just took my first ride deal away. This is seriously the worst service ever and I will make sure all my friends know to never use this crap!

Me and my friends got a ride and after one block the guy just kicked us out of his car he wanted 500in cash for him to take us where we wanted to be don't use this app it doesnt work and the people that drive are terrible people

I tried to use once and, after waiting 10 minutes for the driver, the guy canceled. I emailed them to have them remove my account and all personal data and they never responded. Besides that, the app is pretty slow, freezes and doesn't respond.
