I used be very impressed with this app. Not anymore since the last update. Very difficult to navigate around to find basic info. Why is Fostering enquiry on the home page? As much as this service is important it will not be one of the most common searches. Info on refuse collection etc over the holiday period was difficult to locate. Please revert back to the app that worked very well before. If not I will be uninstalling.

Tried to report street light out. App asked for location, then insisted on GPS being on to find my location. You have the post number, I denied GPS and app crashed. Looked good so 2 stars but like a chocolate fireguard, useless.

Your pigs ear of an excuse for an app CRASHED my Sony Xperia. TWICE. Never had an app do that before. Yet again Torfaen get it done 'on the cheap'. And if you did it in house, shame on you.
