TOPS Go! brings the power of TOPS Professional Community Management Software to your device for mobile access to your TOPS Professional Community Data.
Important Note: TOPS Go! is NOT a stand-alone application. TOPS Go! is a subscription based, mobile app that will access your TOPS Professional data. Requirements:
1) A licensed version of TOPS Professional for data synchronization.
2) A valid TOPS Go! account established with TOPS Software.
The management staff of community associations need to have continuous access to their community. TOPS Go! empowers the management staff to have mobile access to essential Owner, Vendor, Work Order and Violations information in their TOPS Professional system through their phone or tablet. TOPS Go! works in conjunction with an existing installation of TOPS Professional. All key community information from TOPS, except for the accounting data, is available at your fingertips on your smart phone or tablet.

It Is a pure cloud applIcatIon. If there Is a weak cell phone signal and pictures will not upload you are stuck. No of other option than to go out of tops, take a picture, then email picture. And then go back into TOPS GO. They did not take weak signals into account. The program should buffer pix and data and upload when signal available again. There is no way around This problem. When signal is good it saves lots of backend work.

As with all TOPS products, the concept is good but a shotty version is released with no follow up or fixes. In 6 months there have been very few improvements. Nice work again tops. Losing my patience.

Fantastic app. Excellent for our after hours emergency management. Useful in the field. TOPS nailed it.

It also has a slick but simple interface, is more specific to TOPS Professional, and is WAY faster than other apps like this.

Great tool for the manager always on the move.

This app works great for putting everything together at once! Violations link pictures to the user, which links to your map app, so everyone has all the information they need at meetings. Inspections are faster too, without having to jot notes down to type up at the office or pictures emailed via a phone-camera. And my office staff saves time too, by being able to look at the picture when talking on the phone to owners who call up after getting letters.
