MATFAE is a tool for community at large and local African Diaspora to communicate with Minnesota Ebola Task Force. NGOs can collaborate with Task Force and extend relief to Community and local Diaspora. All monitoring, analysis, response & operations could be centrally managed from Task Force Command Center.
