Ruby - Jewelry Shopping Deals

Customer Service is good about responding to injuries. I have not received a few items that were supposively delivered and they will not provide a credit, because they say the tracking number is valid. I will no longer be purchasing buying anything from Ruby or Tophatter in the future.

Very simple and easy bidding system. It wouldn't accept the payment method I had 3 times in a row. The app freezes and times out sometimes. Also if your payment method is not accepted then the item you won would be rebid instead of allowing u to try another payment method or find other means of claiming what u won.

I have seen some very nice items on your site, even placed an order but never received it. I'd like to give you the benefit of the doubt and give it another, even though my bank told me it was a fraudulent site.

Love the ease of bidding and quality of the product but when I try to browse categories like bracelets it opens the same page each time and it's little gadgets of some sort. Very irritating!!!!

I love this app. Some if there stuff is plated and not real diamonds but I have found some amazing items and haven't paid more then 11 bucks including s&h

I have been very lucky to get the beautiful jewelry that I have gotten. Some of the most gorgeous gemstone. Silver jewelry, pearls and cabashonn stone. Ty to all who make it happen? Dazzle and Shine

Cheap fake jewelry deceptive retail values. Long wait to receive but good if like that sort thing

The prices are fantastic and the bidding is simple. The best part of this program is you don't have to buy bids in advance. Now, if we could just teach people how to bid it would be awesome. :)

There is so much that I have received, the quality is very high end. Jewelry I purchased 3 years ago, looks brand new to this day.

Most of what I've got has been very good quality and when I was not happy eazy return.1 bad, I hate if u win a bid it wants paid now. Not in a min,u can't finish bidding on another item.

Items says gold filled when it's really gold plated. I won a few bids for 18k gold filled jewelry and I recieved 14k gold plated jewelry. I won a 14k white gold necklace and got a sterling silver necklace. Don't waste your time with this app

I love it just wish once you cancel an item that they wouldn't stop u from bidding.
