1- Poor customer service. Despite 3 in-app messaging and two emails, no one has answered me from this company. 2- The free clips that is part of their deal will be chosen by the company, not you. In the middle of summer they chose a Christmas clip for me as the free clip. 3- The described packages are not explained correctly. After working with the free demo clip and deciding to pay for the monthly package, I realized I can't pick any new clip and my payment went toward the free demo clip!!! 4- Purchasing of the app is through Google pay, but even after receiving the payment confirmation from Google, the app shows an error message that "the payment is not completed!" My phone is Galaxy S8
