The most useless app ever! It adds more to the basket by one every time. If you search for an item, a list of everything but the item you want appears. Use screwfix.

Unable to login, even having copied and pasted my email address and password from successfully logged in website. Error message says to check email and password are correct.

What a poor quality app. Tried to look at things for my first shop on the app went to search and it froze and crashed my phone. Tried again same thing. The app cannot handle what its doing. Seems to me i'll be shopping at another store from now on, easier to click and collect at a company that rhymes with flew-sticks.

Sorry !. But still dose not work. I used this app on my device a lot in the past. And ordered from it. Service was brilliant can not fault it. But now I can not use this app at all. I have to use the web. So what is the point of this app.

Good app when it works, but pictures don't always load and search rarely works either. Have to use Web page now. Xperia Z3.

I have to uninstall it at least four times a week to get it work.

Asking for strange permissions - not having it.

Release v2.1.18 resolves the spinning wheel of doom issue - clearing out data and cache could resolve it if only they said it was necessary. Makes me wonder if they understand change control and validation principles and this update fixed connectivity without data clearing.

So much worse since the last update! Can't even enter my sign in details now! Why do I need to sign in to my profile every time I use this app anyway? If someone else has my phone and has managed to get past the security in built on it then them having access to my toolstation account is really not high on my agenda of concerns! Also whenever you go back a step when looking through the products it automatically scrolls back to the top of the last list, very annoying if you are wanting to compare similar items. There's other little bug bears but that's what springs to mind just now

Spent £20k last year, things are slipping at head office. Credit's are sooo slow in store, Ap is terrible... Not impressed

Why do we have a landing page offering to telephone them. If I wanted to phone I wouldn't be using the app!!! Refuses to stay logged into my account. Have to login every time. Otherwise useful for searching & checking stock.

Very huge update! Unless this is your whole stocklist then why is the update over 20MB? Bloatware? I'm going to remove this app and just use my browser to access your website.

App does not open. It just locks on the title screen. Its junk

It use to be good, now I put stuff into my trolley and it loses items or even added stuff I've never looked at like bubble wrap?!

Won't load a real pain WHAT IS THE POINT.

This app is Crap! Half the time it don't even work, and when it does decide to work, it takes forever to load up. I thought these kind of apps are designed to make life easier for you, not do your head in. Gonna go back to using Screwfix. Toolstation, we are done, and so are a lot of others too!

Just updated, like new look and feel. Easy access to call, quite handy.

Used Toolstation for some time now, except the app no longer works. Have to go back to using Screwfix.

Still will not work after jan 23 update.

Very slow and useless, the progress wheel spins annoyingly long. When you select a store to check stock the selections turn black as you scroll through them. The previous app was so much better why can you not leave things alone. Using an Xperia C4 on 5.1

They've updated the app so it has more consumer appeal. Unfortunately, this has made it REALLY slow and inefficient. Useless for trade who just need a simple, fast interface.

Very cheap designed app with no filters to sort by price, etc. I'm running KitKat 4.4.4 and the app will not display pics. App is OK to shop on laptop then add to basket, then use app to go into store and read off order codes to toolstation person
