Why release an app that mocks the info you see on the website? If you were to have a scannable feature to save carrying the card, then it's worthwhile. Plenty of work ahead Menchies.

Useless same info from Google search. Will change my rating to 5 stars if it includes the gift card barcode (get up to the times) to pay at the register, and store flavors (yogurtland has the flavor list) . I'm uninstalling for now.

The app essentially pulls information which you could quickly attain by doing a Google search. Menchies should consider reworking their app.

This app needs some work! You could make it so much more fun and interactive for customers. If you make it more enticing I woud absolutely visit your stores more. There aren't any coupons, there are no notifications.. it really doesn't do anything. It seems like it is rarely updated and even the my smileage ( Rewards ) isn't that great. It just lists your points; it doesn't track it in a fun way, it doesn't even remind you what the program is. I can't remember how many points I need to get anything for free or discount. Do yourself a favor and look at some of the other fast-food / quick-service apps out there and make some improvements.

The only reason I would want this app, is to be able to have my card on it and this app does not allow that. No reason to have this app without this feature.

I thought this was an app to store my menchie card on a barcode. I hate having to look for the card or remembering what phone number it's registered under. That's a headache for someone that changes their number. Sorry Menchies uninstalling get a better app that's going to beneficial to all of us.

I can go online for this stuff. I installed the app because I thought they could scan my phone making it simple. But found out there's no scan bar so I'm uninstalling this app.

The Menchies near me no longer hands out cards and uses my phone number instead. I checked my balance on this app and it's showing my correct balance. Thank you for not making me carry yet another punch card around. Take my phone #, give me my points and we can all move on with our lives!

It's a bunch of links that send you to the website. So why not cut out the middleman and just go to the site? Also like others have said it doesn't have a scannable barcode so I still have to carry my card. This app only exists because everyone else had one so Menchies wanted an app too so they could be at the cool table.

There's a location right in my hometown and it's not even listed in the app!

Takes to long to load, very slow even just opening the app

I just downloaded it and it won't accept my smileage card number. It doesn't have a Barcode so that I don't have to carry my card.

Would be a great asset, wouldn't have to carry my card around. Also needs the games like the Apple App has.

How do I set it for miles?

A barcode scanner would be great. So I don't have to carry around my rewards card. And the map need updating. Maybe a prepaid option.

App shuts down as soon as I open it, can't even access anything about it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling again, no luck. Very disappointing.
