This apps is good, but..need more improvements such as, need more additional Telco for topup purpose and also bill payments categories. This apps always been slow during topup. Overall..OK but need improvement immediately

Error connection. Already send email to HQ. Member ID also is provided in the email. Hope that HQ can settle the issue most faster way.

Kenapa selepas update app ini topup ke rangkaian maxis tidak boleh ? Product not valid ? Kenapa yer ? Boleh jelaskan ?

Diharap Pihak Tone Group dpt menambah setting "auto topup" di dlm app ini , tiap2 bulan ahli hanya menambah duit sahaja di dalam e-wallet .

Encountered same old problem. Just top up my wallet and by the time I want to top up my credit, it says agent funds insufficient. I still have myr92.08 in my apps. I logged out and in multiple times and reinstalled the apps..problem still there. Please fix..tq.

App ni okay & bagus. Bayar bill & topup pun mudah. Tapi time saya nak bayar bill lembaga air perak, detail semua dh isi betul & bila tekan paybill keluar commission resolution failure. Ini sebab app ke sebab ape? Kalau sebab app, tolong fix kan problem ni.
