File Hide Expert-Hide Pictures

I hiddened my camera folder in my internal storage in LG G5, it worked fine... then I got some very very important pictures after that... first there were in the camera folder and they were showing in the gallery but suddenly they disappeared and after unhiding the folder these pictures are not among them... and /mnt/sdcard/.hermit/recovery_area is empty... after hiding files they go to the path above but there are no newly taken photos there while the folder was hidden... what should I do? plzzzzz for god sake, help me... those pics were very critical... i also emailed you... plz answer me... I also tried using recovering apps, but they needed my device to be rooted, but rooting for my current software version is not yet possible.

Does not work at all on my galaxy s7. It says the file is hidden but I can still easily find the file. Edit: After a rather quick response from the developer I turned off fast mode. It does work now but takes upwards of 20mins and I have to keep the app on screen the whole time. However it is hiding my files well enough.

Great app except for one strange behaviour. With my Tab S 10.5 LTE, when a folder is hidden, it can't be seen on the tablet AND on the laptop that was connected to the tablet. However, with my LG G4, the hidden folder can't be see on the phone, BUT it is exposed on the laptop. Fortunately, I have my documents individually encrypted and so I was still protected. Need to have the bug fixed. Both my tablet & phone are running Marshmallow.

I have hidden some files then I unhide all the files from app and uninstall app but can't see those hidden files in my phone now ..please help. .hermit folder says no media.. what should I do please tell.. I want all my pictures back Can you tell me the path because even after connecting to PC I can't my pictures.. why I can't see them back in my folder.

what d hell this app automatically hide newly taken photos.. which folder camera images save that i already make hidden after tht i takes some photos but now that photos i didn't show after unhide that folder. this happen 3rd time i lost my newly taken photos.. pls help me how i get that pics..

It is a great app! I am happy with it. But it has some weakness. If someone uninstall the app on my phone and reinstall it, then he can have all my private files. So what I'm saying is that if it comes with uninstallation security, it will much better.

Supposedly I will rate this app for 5 stars but I have a problem in this app just in. I have this app with my old phone and it is working just fine. Then suddenly my phone broke, so I bought another phone. Now I cant see the files that were hidden using my old phone within my sd card to my new phone. I haven't able to restored the files before my old phone broke. Now can I still recover these files? If yes, please reply asap. Then I can rate this app for 5 stars.

I have attempted to grant permission from sdcard root. Now unable to access my hidden files for 3 days, VERY frustrating - please sort for me! Managed to fix by re-installing

I used File Hide expert app to hide some important folders, which was created in my phone's external storage. My phone got some software issues and it could not be rectified. I inserted my memory card in my new phone, but I am not able to view my folders. What to do?

It hides what you want it to hide, but the app is easily found so others can ask questions. It also uses tiles instead of thumbnails so when you go to review your stuff you do not know what it is as you cannot see it.

pls i hid my files and mistakenly uninstalled d app. wen i reinstalled it back i didn't see all the hidden files on the app and i cannot find them on my gallery

I needed to hide a folder and sub folders and files in them. Even the top rated apps didn't work. This app hide all of them gallery. You have to move the folder deep in the file structure and hide with this app so it's hidden from gallery and hard to find in file explorer. This is the best app for hiding folders. Thanks developer.

I hide my folder in internal storage/DCIM and this worked fine.. but after one day when i unhide that folder there was no picture in that folder and .hermit/recovery_area is empty... please help i need those picture badly.. pls help

I installed in my j5 which have android version 6.after using 1 or 2 week my all files missed and now I can't find these files.i have searched these items in device storage/android/hermit.hider folder but can't found there.

Waste ... It hide pics only in file. And that same hidden pics shows in gallery .. wht a developer wht a app ...

I use samsung j2 2015 version.This phone really well.I like file hide apps.So i download on google play store.But this apps isn't work properly my favourite smartphone.What's the problem i can't realize.Please help me to use this apps full future. Sometimes its can't hide the file And not supported to unhide the file... Plz check the errors.

hello thanks for your response..i am still not able to see those files..it is just showing in file manager with .hider format..pls pls do needful as soon as possible.. thanks.. forgot my password to see my files ,now i uninstall and reinstalled the app. but still i am not able to see..i kept so many mails but no one responded, earlier it was very good we used to get response soon, but now i sent many mails from 4days.., still i have hope that i will get my solution...please please please do needful and respond me soon... Have Little problem? Why it does not work ( not hidde) any file on my LG G3 D858. Android phone. What must i do . i really like and love this app but this is the big issues.

How to recover all lost data i have been using this app and uninstalled but now i want to installed and recover my data even i had a recovery email.

The app crashed two times and took away alot of important photos of mine that I could never recover. I have tried .hermit process too. All in all...it looks good but is very risky at times.

App is good but one basic thing is missing it cannot hide it's own icon... Which is not logical.... Hope in next update you will add this feature...

I hidden a file.and clicked on the restore by selecting the respective file.it shows like the file has been restored.but,I didn't recognise the file anywhere. And I go back to file hide expert app...and shocked,the respective file remains hidden.I tried it many times...every time it shows the file has been restored.but,when I go back to the app...it's still ticked as hidden file.now,how can I retrieve the file....plz help me

Deleted all my files, no such thing as Hider Recovery. Worst app ever. Don't recommend

I have lost all my IMPORTANT DATA because of this app.. It says that we can restore all the files even after we Uninstall this app and later install once again to backup the data. And before that i cleaned up all the caches as i normally do everytime and then it ruined all my precious stuffs.. What to do now.???? Emily... Please help me out... I can recover those hidden files if only you can named those files in which this app transfer those files which we hide with this app.. Emily.... Please.... Do reply earliest so I can get my data back and i may die in peace... Emily i have found the folder name .hermit but its empty & then I searched for those hider extensions too but of no use. Very useful app. M using this app and save some data with this app but due to some mobile issues I reset my mobile can I recover my hidden data.

It doesn't recognize files from external SD Card, so cant select any folder from SD Card to hide. Just downloaded another app called "Vaulty" that reads SD card as well.

Pls the hidden folder cannot be seen even after it be restored in the file hide app. The folder seems intact on the app buh it is not seen from my gallery. Pls help I need those contents in the folder.

All of a sudden all my videos couldn't be located even inside hider/recovery folder. I can hide and restore the video files but cannot see it anymore.
