I have ordered a camera lens on 23rd July 2017. It's been 22 days but haven't received it yet. The updates comes like once in 5 days. Please get my lens as fast as possible. I have mailed and got a single line reply only stating my tracing i.d. (which I already knew). I had kept an item in my cart which I can't delete from my cart. But if I open the website in pc with my same log in id as the app, the cart is empty there. The service of Tomtop is very slow, and if you pay with your card , they ask for the image of card for verification which is not safe for Indian customer. So please PayPal for payment which is the second option of payment. And as I have pad the money I don't have any way, just waiting for my product.

I, from a personal standpoint feels this company is great and has been receiving a lot of bad comments for reasons I do not know at all but if there are at all, it will be lovely if TomTop tries to avoid this. My girlfriend and I were filled with joy when the item came without any custom charges really TomTop great job! And if you doubt, I think you should try with them at least and test for yourself. This is worst app ever.seems to be fake.i ordered a phone and they deducted money from my account .even after 20 days the order status remains under process.and after that they told the the item is out of stock.very bad service.i would like to rate it zero stars if i could.poor service BN17G11F2351-WAPW4K this is the order number which was placed on 11.07.2017 now even after more than 15 days have passed your representative tells that the item is out of stock.Can you justify the blunder made at your end? beware,very bad services, the order processing time is not as fast as they stated, they said it only takes 3 day to ship the order but its been week and they still not send it. the online chat services always busy and also when you click enter the pop up messeges appears that the paramater not setup. i try to send email to their customer services but they dont reply. they dont care about your order, all they want is your money. beware !!

I have order a 12 hole ocarina on 2017-06-16 at 17:18:18, with order number: AN17F16W4818-4FILVQ, and finally I got the Ocarina in hand on 19th July. After I put a harsh comment here in app rating they provide me a tracking number & website. Then only I come to know about the progress and finally got the product in hand by spending more over a month. Product quality is good and quite playable too, but I am giving 3star only because for the delayed delivery. So please keep a function in the app to track the ordered product.

Need to fix app almost every time I check into something either I hit the back button on phone or hit the back arrow on app it wants to exit the app everytime.update 8/11/2017 still not fixed. My worst online shopping experience ever. They charged me $60 shipping charge (claiming 3-6 days delivery time) for a $50 DIY electric guitar kit and it never reached me. The customers executive would hardly or never respond. And they asked to contact the authority for it, which is no way feasible.
