The App is VERY slow, IF it works at all. It is extremely buggy and poorly designed. it is almost never able to make connection to the server, and if by divine intervention.

Pointless...doesn't connect to Tom Thumb's servers, so you can't refill your prescription on the app. I'm surprised Google allows it on Play because it is so broken

This is one of the worst apps I've tried to use. Try being the key word because it fails to load any screens beyond the home screen.

I have had nothing but headache trying to use this app. It won't let me log in, then once the password is reset, it says that an attribute is empty. The system texted me once about a prescription, but it was a reminder to fill a one-time use antibiotic that had no refills and was not intended to be refilled. Even a free app should work sometimes.

I've been using this app for over a year. As a Tom Thumb Pharmacy employee (Technician) I recommend this app to any of my patients, that complain about the old way of reminding patients they have a prescription ready. Great functionality, and ease of use! Many great features.

Registered as outlined and would not let me login! Have no idea why it wants prescription number, go look at Walgreen and CVS for better app examples! The app is simply awful and so is the tech support.
