Tompkins Trust Company Mobile for Android
The mobile check deposit has a terrible bug - the camera is somehow reversed and shows a flipped image when used to take pictures of the check. It is unusable as is. Please fix!!
"unknown error has occured". I get this message constantly even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Useless app
Worthless, won't launch successfully
I use this app multiple times daily. So quick and easy to check balances or transfer money!
I tried using this application a year ago and couldn't log in. I've never been able to even get past the username/ID screen. It says that my username is invalid. I've been using the same username for years to log in through the tompkins trust website and never had a single issue. My wife and I have both tried to log in through this mobile app many times for over a year now. Won't work with my android or her iphone. Not to mention ive had 3 diff phones and still nothing. The app could use an update Dev.
This app is adequate but it's just bizarre that they charge 50c for a mobile deposit, while a deposit with a live human teller at a branch is free.
If you have any troubles call the support team! They told me exactly how to deposit a check with the app and it worked like a charm!
Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.
Log in issues .
Cannot get it to work at all
Waited a while for this app, turns out to be pretty handy for basic functions like checking balances and transferring funds. Rarely crashes, works pretty quickly. A check-scanning ability would really complete it, though.
Could use a little more attention but it works for its intended purpose.
This is a useful app, but it needs to be written natively so it functions better

Heh, in the time it takes to get pictures the app will actually accept without spitting back some generic error that doesnt even specify which check side it finds issue with, much less tell you what you did incorrectly you can drive to the bank, fill out a deposit slip, wait in line, and stop for food on the way home... Also the "remember me" button at the apps login page is laughable at best, it always alters your username so you have to type it in every time you want to use the app anyway.
