+TonyRothrock the light not turning off if you exit the application is very useful because it means it won't shut off if the phone times out. and did you try closing the application by using the task manager or simply force closing it?

I love the fact that it runs while I do other things. I can work on something in the dark and access documents like instruction manuals prints and schematics at the same time. When you use the widget you can turn the light on and off without going to the app. This is the handyman's best friend
