Has always worked great on my Galaxy S5 (and S1 and S3) on T-Mobile using Hangouts for SMS. However, does not work on my Nexus 6P on Google Fi using Hangouts for SMS. I never get a location response in this case. Could it be some legacy Google Voice settings causing this?

For those complaining that its not accurate...turn gps on. It works great then. If gps is off, it triangulates cell towers.

5 star only if security code that would secure changing of pin. Kinda redundent? What do you guys think?

Works great on My touch 3G. If the text received didn't read "locate", it would be awesome.

Not that accurate, even with gps turned on. Saying the phone is within 2000 meters of a certain address isn't helpful at all.

Works well but if phone is lost or stolen not great. Need to be able to customise keyword.

Work perfectly! I had my phone stolen today, And me and my sister easily got it back.

Havnt used it in a real situation but tested it a couple times and it told me exactly where it was! Great app

Our family has a few smart phones with data shut off on them. This app let's us locate them using a text message. Love it. Thank you

It keeps saying my home address is my phones location, but i'ts 30 miles away. Uninstalled.

Sux,it shows my phone is 1400 meter from my address,u know how large is 1400 meter , and what if someone change the sim cards?

When it works, it works great youre screwed if you dont have your gps turned on, though and if you get any program updates, re-agree to activate it

Gives invalid addresses or says I'm located at an unknown address,please fix.

How can you find anything when it responds "within 3000 meters of Las Vegas."

the phone that has this app is number you send the "locate pin" to. So you take your friend's phone, send YOUR phone the text. ;-)

Love it I had lost my phone and I send the text to located and I was able to get my phone back I was crazy

Galaxy note 4 stopped working after the most recent update.

Doesn't provide a valid phone number to send a "locate phone" message to.

Works great with my older Incredible phone (my wife's too). The only issue is when you bring up the map, there's no 'pin' to show the location, you just assume that the phone's location is the middle of the screen. Still, fairly accurate, more so than others I've tried. I don't have a data plan, so this is a cheap way to locate a phone

It isn't specific for the location. It only gave me a mile radius of the location of that phone. That makes it useless.

No use since it cant turn any gps on to locate. Good concept though.

I wish there was a way to deactivate pintail so I didn't have to uninstall it every time I don't want to be found, but otherwise this app works great

Nice, but not accurate if GPS is off. Also, to nitpick, you say 'enter PIN number' which is redundant, should just be 'enter PIN'

Needs option to activate GPS automatically. A secured PIN would also be appreciated.

Its ok but I prefer Where's my droid, much better more useful

This app is great for my g/f when i'm out on my m/c

Downfall is that it is not always accurate. some cases will show a half mile radius (not helpful for a lost phone) if it were consistent 5*!!

Great app. Uninstalled because I found Where's My Droid.

Perfect even if u have data/wifi off. Leave ur GPS on, it doesn't drain the battery if inactive.If thieves change the SIM WaveSecure will tell u! :)

Great as long as the phone is on. If you lose your phone and someone shuts it down the app is useless

This app is awsome if you already suspect where you're phone is... give or take a mile or so. T-mobile G2 w/4G

I really like the idea of it but some of the time it gives me an unavailable address when i'm at my house in downtown Austin. Needs improvement.

Not very often i leave comms but wat a handy app, could literally save your life! Just b carefull who u give ya pin 2 coz u could get caught out lol..
