Instead of opening Outlook, Roomr can tell you which meeting rooms are free and allows you to book rooms with a single click!
Setup is simple. All you need is your email address and password.
Supports Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013 and Office 365 using Exchange Web Services.
Your credentials are only used when communicating with Exchange and all network access is via HTTPS.

We purchased this app to use on our seven conference rooms so our employees stop fighting over them. It allows easy viewing of the room's meetings via the plaque. I tried several room softwares before settling on this one. The plaque is definitely the best I've found. I worked with the creator when we found a bug with our particular tablet and had great service. Definitely one of my best experiences on the play store! A must buy!

Our office suffers from a big problem: "lack of meeting room availability". Roomr is great to tell us where to jump in for an impromptu meeting, and it even allows us to do a quick booking on our way to the room. Thoroughly recommend it!
