Not sure why I keep this app. It never lets me take a survey. I can understand if I were to try after the time. But as soon as I get the notification I try. Answer questions then it says start. Clicking start doesn't the survey. No matter how fast I am it always says no survey. It's ridiculous to keep an app that's not doing anything except taking up valuable space.

This app is terrible. They show you a survey that you can click on starts asking you for info then tells you no survey available. Boom back to the main slide show of surveys. Get another one same thing. Finally get one you can do and takes you 15 mins to complete only to be told at the end that no surveys available. For a pitiful 1600 points. I understand the 3.3 and I am amazed it is not lower.

Its been a few months and i am now with 10000 points balance whereas i tried to recharge and it didnt accept my request. i dont often get surveys , all i see the most mcq's. This is taking lot of time and basically users dont know and the developer takes the advantage

Ok this the review for toluna india, it has been 6 months and had redeemed 70k point and still 26k points in my account survey frequency is almost 1-3 every day and some times more each survey points from 1200 to max 5000 (in my case), qualifying chances 60% at least for me, redemption request is initiated within a month, they paid me every time, initially not to interested in it but now checking every day so earned 15k in 19 days so in my opinion it is fair for me, 1 star less only for low points for survey.

Made an account and then less than 30 minutes later logged me out and wouldn't let me back in. When I emailed support they told me my account was flagged and that it was closed and couldn't be reopened. Idk what I could have done within 30 minutes of making it to get flagged.

At the beginning I found a lot of point card, but after 3000 points there has no point card or no survey.

Doesn't actually work, just messages saying an unknown error has occurred.

It used to work pretty well, I already got paid in dec/Jan 2018, but now it shows "unknown error has occurred" all the time.

Can you please give us more surveys ? Im pretty sure i only can redeem my reward for another 30years if i only be able to answer 1survey per day ????

U need to improve your app , c the major issue if i have voted for a card then why it is re appearing m mean just update the app like if i have answered any cards then it should not show again .

UI isn't fluid and this app causes network issues with other apps. For crying out loud, SORT IT OUT! Edit: Network issues still not fixed in 2.2.14. The developers that Toluna hire are not very good and that includes their website and their excuses for the bugs are not valid (such as claims of IE problem when I clearly proved there was a JavaScript issue, etc). Toluna, if you need my help to sort your code out, you know where to find me. I may not be the World's best developer but I don't write the sort of dross that manifests itself from your app and your website. So, I reiterate again, sort out the issues with the app that prevents network access to other apps like Amazon app and banking apps.

This app does not let you search for photos, and anything you upload gives you an error and doesn't upload. Each time on the app it says there is a survey it says error couldn't find the survey after I complete it.

Worst survey panel ever recently i gave 5 stars to it but after reaching above than 50000+ points when i want to redeem three times they failed it then without any reasoning they deleted my account even after sending them 3-4 emails they never answer.. what a begger they are.. its shows they need more money then us.. One suggestion dear, don't waste other's time.. and just go to road side and sit their with your staffs. Salutes for these type scum bugs.

I've been unable to complete surveys and it's been saying unknown error occured, update your details! Done everything including reinstall the app,but it just won't let me do anything. I want to get out of it after redeeming my points, but it won't let me to do that! Still says unknown error occured!!! Beyond frustrated with it!

Whenever new survey came in,its not letting me to answer it. It always says its unavailable even if I just received it. How will I earn more points?Please help.

I don't know they really give u redeem ur point into money or not.. But hear I want to say only about the apps.. U really don't need the app actualy. Browser can give u better facalitis..most of time it show network error, don't give u servys to earn point, search option is not working, other people reaction is also not visibal in the app .. Tulona really shood improve their app.

Getting worse every day and now points aren't being credited for surveys completed using this app! A monumental ripoff. Surveys either refuse to load or freeze, preventing one from ever earning points! Unacceptable. 90% of the time all one sees is an application error message. Still thoroughly unacceptable. FIX IT OR SHUT IT DOWN TOLUNA!!!

Its a massive pain every single time i go to reset my password. I write down my password so i know what to put in when i log in and still nothing. Ive emailed multiple and no reply. Not helpful at all when resetting passwords.

Very bad. After the notification that i have a survey, i start and after few questions it says "the survey just filled up". Just waiting for my points update, if comes wrong i will definitely uninstall.

there are better apps out there. I'm new to this but even I know that. Cute idea but full of bugs, couldn't get a single sponsored survey to go through. figured id try and enter the "lottery" with the automatic 500 points I got for signing up... Was asked for all my personal info before I could enter despite already being signed up. Not a scam from what I can tell, just a waste of time. Update: speaking of waste of time, it took about 20 minutes to figure out how to deactivate my account. You have time log in on a browser ????

Great app which I've been using for years. Regularly has surveys and the points mount up fairly quickly. Only lately most of the rewards are out of stock, which has been the same for months. Hardly any vouchers left, so unless you want to swap months of points for a figet spinner or tea infuser, I wouldn't bother. Wait until they get more decent rewards again.

I am not at all able to access my account neither from my mobile or my PC. I'm again and again entering the correct details but I am still not able to access it. All my time wasted on survey. Bullshits

I'm so disappointed. After finishing the survey worth 4000 points, they told me, "sorry, it's not you. It's us". I earned nothing. Zero. I read all the questions, followed every instruction. And that's it? Sorry? So unfair!!

Toluna doesn't care about the opinion givers and just look after their profits. Also they do not respond to the email we send. Rewards are seldom paid. Fed up with them.

So I'm currently working my way through the surveys some are relatively okay to do some take 40 minutes and you do start to drift of a bit but hey it's free money at the end of the day! My only issue the app constantly crashes for me and then will crash half way through a survey which I can't complete. Another issue I've found is the app randomly signs me out and doesn't let me sign back in but will on the website???

Read entire review: Website is much better! I keep getting notifications of available surveys in the app but they either won't open or lead to an error. Also cannot clear notifications in the app. I have been unable to complete the automotive profile survey. I have tried in the app and on the website on multiple devices. I keep getting screened out of surveys despite answering numerous questions and wasting time. You do not get rewarded in these instances. Apparently this happens to everyone. I have been with Toluna for 3 weeks. Already cashed out my first reward, just waiting to receive it. Minimum reward is 30,000 points which is $10. A lot of members in the topics (forum) area have been complaining about not receiving rewards, inconsistencies with rewards and being screened out. I sent an enquiry to Toluna after spending 30mins completing a survey and then not receiving points. This enquiry was sent to them on December 14th. I have only just received a reply today, March 9th. Apparently they cannot access survey history so I waisted my time.

I gave it 4 star just cuz I like the site and your hardwork for building an amazing app like this but when I'm on phone using this app, it doesn't even let me login, you guys need to look into it and fix the problem
