This product quality is to bad nd screw driver is already broken in box. Tolaxo is not give me any warranty for it. I m very unsatisfied with tolaxo. I will not purchase any product in future on this site

I had bought solar MC4 connector 2 numbers. They should come both Positive (+), Negative (-) sockets in one set. But they send two only positive (+) sets. There is no Negative (-) sets in package. Before this order I bought this in 1 Quantity, at that time they send both Positive and Negative sockets. For the same I noticed to customer care by mail and contact no. After they requested Package photo, Invoice, and product photos. Did the same. That's it. No one has replied back. I loss my money. And reminder

Order ID #TOD105886908, Hi Team, I have received the above mentioned order with defect or Mfg. Defect as it's not yet all turning on or its not working at all. Don't know how can they ship the product without Quality Check. Regards this I'm not at all likely to recommend to my friends rating is "0". Will see how effectively team will respond and act on it.

Today's time they are delivering products in two week but the best thing is that they always apologies for this. Ludicrous

They are selling duplicate products and later not taking any responsibility. I bought led bulbs from tolexo and out of 5 bulbs 3 got blast in my drawing room, then tolexi us saying to contact seller. Cheaters I recommend not to buy products from tolexo.

I have once again ordered safety shoes last time you have sent at my previous address and this time also blue dart showing me my previous address for Delivery. I m requesting you do needful now and send me at current address.

Purchased a pair of shoes on site. After long wait they provided substandard product. They ensured me for better service at second time and offered me SAMSUNG POWERBANK,I ordered it and they made me wait for two whole months. After 5-6 calls to customer care ,they returned my money. Faltu company alongwith faltu app. Careless service and substandard products.

I ordered car vaccume cleaner TOD 103708596 on 3.02.16. Product was delivered quite late. And it was found faulty but TOLEXO not ready to replace. It was my first order of net total rs. 2400/- + and I lost my Rs. 1000.
