Initially gave it a 1 star rating as the app was crashing. The support team guided me how to fix the issue and it is working once again. You need to clear your cache, make sure you turn off your automatic backup and restore on the app and then un install and re-install again. That took care of my issue.

Love, love my line 2. Have had it for years! Beat deal out there! Try their fax service, beat ever. You can have any phone u have accept line 2 calls. With one phone u have an additional phone line with line 2. Line 2 had its own messaging. I have a personal line and a business line on one phone! Great, responsive costumer service!

Line 2 is the best addition to our business in years! Now we can keep track of our calls from five different locations and we can send and receive text messages. It's very reliable and easy to use. I love Line2!

It's OK but it doesn't record calls like the windows app and some of the stuff have to be done thru the computer in order to work in the app. Will continue to test app and update later.

App is good. Though every time there is an update installed it hangs the app and it won't open. I have to uninstall then install again. This is on a Samsung Note 4. Still... way better than getting an actual phone plan since I only pay for a 3GB tablet data plan.

Great UI and customer service. Only problem is that I can't seem to get the calls that come in from Line2 to ring with the different ringtone I selected. In other words, all the calls "sound like" they are calling my main cell number, not the Line2 number. I don't like that at all.
